Polyploidization is one of the most effective ways to improve plant height and yield in rice (Oryza sativa L.). However, the molecular mechanism of its regulation is not yet fully understood. Here, we investigated the agronomic traits of diploid (‘Balilla- 2x’) and tetraploid (‘Balilla-4x’) lines of the japonica rice variety ‘Balilla’. Compared with ‘Balilla-2x’, ‘Balilla-4x’ exhibited significantly increased plant height, spike length and yield per plant. RNA-seq analysis showed that the expression levels of yield-related genes controlling plant height and panicle development (e.g., STH1,OsYUC9 and OsDEP1) were significantly upregulated in ‘Balilla-4x’ rice plants. These results indicated that polyploidization changed the expression of genes related to agronomic traits such as plant height and spike length, thereby increasing rice yield. is study provides a further basis for understanding the yield of rice after polyploidization and can serve as a new theoretical reference for breeding high-yielding rice varieties.

为提高番茄的产量与品质,探索木薯酒精废水的资源化利用,将其作为液体培养基接种多粘类芽孢杆菌制备液体菌肥,通过番茄盆栽试验,模拟大田生产,验证其在实际生产过程中的可行性.结果表明:稀释后的灭菌木薯酒精废水和稀释后的木薯酒精废水液态菌肥对番茄的生长较为安全,且均能促进番茄幼苗的生长,其中以稀释 10 倍的多粘类芽孢杆菌发酵液(活菌含量为 1.0×108 CFU/mL)综合效果最好,与对照相比,株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部鲜重、地下部干重、幼苗相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)分别提高 32.6%、22.6%、48.5%、46.3%、60.9%、47.7%、14.6%,且差异均达显著水平(P<0.05).本研究结果可为木薯酒精废水的资源化利用,生产中替代部分化肥提供科学依据.

为促进机械化栽培技术在太仓白蒜生产上的应用,进一步推进太仓白蒜产业化发展,特进行了太仓白蒜机械化栽培技术示范试验.结果表明,太仓白蒜采用机械化栽培,可大大节约人工成本和提高种植效率,但仍存在漏播率较高、正芽率有待提高、收获损伤率和损失率有待降低等问题.
A type of time-sharing control technique used in space-borne and air-borne radar parllel bus is described in this paper.Module address codes,parameter control codes and synchronization control codes in promissory timing are transmitted on radar parallel bus.It controls well in radar equipment in time of many modules,amounts of control and strict timing.Also it reduces the demand of bus capacity in time of parallel bus control only.The bus can meet the requirement of complex control and it requires a small amount of equipment.It is suitable for satellite borne,airborne and other platforms which have strict weight requirements.

Based on a high speed latcher,a structure of CMOS high speed frequency divider is presented,and its operating speed,operating range,requirement of different stages are described.Based on standard TSMC 0.18 μm/1.8 V CMOS process model,the device is simulated with agilent software-ADS.Simulation shows that the circuit has a maximum work speed of 12 GHz,and it can work from 3 GHz to 12 GHz.The circuit's operating frequency is 6 GHz to 12 GHz under input signal amplitude of 100 mV,and its power dissipation is less than 28 mW.
