Differing from the traditional academic education,which constructs and innovates the specialties based on the development and improvement of the academic subject,vocational tertiary education should set their majors based on the demands in employment market and reform the education in certain specialty according to the development of the techniques in the subject industry.This paper will exam the professional training scheme 2009 of Power supply and utility technology major in Shandong tertiary school of electric power,and elaborate the characters of vocational tertiary education in nowadays and how to improve and implement the teaching reformation.

在教育体制改革日益深化的大背景下,为了填补后勤社会化可能带给学生教育管理的"真空区";缓解人事制度改革与学校大量扩招出现的学生工作队伍的需求矛盾;解决推广"学分制"淡化班级而产生的一系列学生教育管理的新问题,高校大胆的进行了学生教育管理"导师制"的探索.这无疑为学生教育管理工作开辟了新的道路,是件好事.但是,如何真正发挥导师的应有作用,又是一个需要认真思考和探讨的问题.我们认为,导师作用的好坏,关键在导师队伍,因此,加强导师队伍建设,就成为实践导师制的重中之重.
