Aiming at the increasing dust yield due to the popularization of mechanized mining, the authors establish the mathematical model and physical model of dust migration for analysis and put forward effective dust reduction measures based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow with FLUENT numerical simulation software in order to study the dust migration law at516 fully-mechanized working face of Bailiang Colliery, whose results show that the dust diffuses to the whole working face under the action of wind flow, and the maximum dust concentration lies in front of and behind the shearer and about 15 m of downwind direction with a high concentration dust mass as the key prevention and control object, providing a scientific basis for dust prevention.
