已建危险化工厂的情况较为复杂,其经过多次改扩建,缺乏设计资料和竣工资料,厂房内部危险机器设备时刻运转.为加强日常安全管理需对化工厂进行数字测图,针对以上测图难点,提出测图方案,即化工厂区采用城市一级GNSS静态控制建立厂区控制网,厂区地形图用GNSS-RTK和全站仪进行碎部测图;厂房内部工艺流程及设备布置图采用厂房已有的柱列轴线作为基本控制,将工字钢柱或混凝土柱、砖柱作为"控制点",从设备中心向特定的柱引测横向定位轴线和纵向定位轴线,实现机器设备的定位.在厂房测图过程中,已测设的"柱控制点"很好地解决了在空间狭窄、危险机器时刻运转的复杂环境中安全高效测图的难题,从而实现了危险化工厂的数字测图.
根据断面法土方计算原理,用GNSS-RTK外业数据采集,并进行内业数据处理,用cass软件绘制断面图,计算断面面积,根据中桩间距算出断面间的土方量,对某高速E匝道土方量进行了计算,探讨了影响土方计算精度的因素,主要有仪器、模型、采点密度和质量、中桩位置划分、曲线半径等.曲线半径较小不适宜采用断面法计算土方,因断面法计算结果与实际相差较大,而应采用似棱体公式计算.为提高精度可以增加加密桩距、提高采点数量和质量、改进计算模型方法等.
为满足学生GNSS测量实训要求,建设了校园GNSS测量控制网,有利于提高学生动手能力.根据校园地形情况和范围大小,考虑点位之间平均距离1km左右,选取6个GNSS点,基本覆盖整个校区范围,确定采用《卫星定位城市测量技术标准》(CJJ/T73-2019)一级技术要求,通过选点埋石、外业观测、数据检核、平差计算等,校园GNSS测量控制网各项精度指标均满足规范要求.通过GNSS控制网建设有效促进了学生GNSS静态控制测量实习和GNSS-RTK数字测图实习.
Objectives: To explore if SOCS1 is regulated by plasma HDL and its subcomponents HDL2b and HDL3 to affect inflammatory reaction then to influence the severity degree and prognosis of sepsis. Methods: One hundred sepsis patients in ICU and 85 normal control persons from October 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were enrolled. Adult male C57BL/6 mice were used to establish sepsis model by CLP method. HDL, CRP, and WBC count of human were measured using an auto-analyzer. Plasma HDL, IL-1 beta, and TNF-alpha proteins levels of mice were measured with ELISA. Microfluidic chip was used for plasma HDL2b and HDL3 detections. SOCS1 in liver and spleen of mice were measured by qRT-PCR. The relationship between plasma HDL//HDL2b and inflammatory indices/SOCS1 in liver/spleen was analyzed with spearman correlation coefficient method. The sepsis patients/mice were divided into non-survival and survival groups. The sepsis patients were divided into severe and mild sepsis patients based on the SOFA score or divided into high and low score groups according to the APACHE II score. The sepsis mice were divided into high and low score group based on the modified sepsis severity score criterion. Results: Plasma HDL and HDL2b levels were significantly declined (P 0.01), while HDL3 was normal in both sepsis patients and mice (P 0.05). Plasma HDL and HDL2b were negatively associated with the serum CRP concentration and positively correlated with the prognosis and severity in sepsis patients (P < 0.05). Moreover, the downregulated plasma HDL but not HDL2b was negatively related to increased SOCS1 mRNA levels in liver and spleen of mice, which were positively connected with TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta protein levels (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Plasma HDL is downregulated in sepsis, which may facilitate inflammatory reaction then activate the SOCS1 signaling to regulate the severity and affect prognosis of sepsis. The decline of plasma HDL2b content could aggravate the severity and poor prognosis of sepsis through facilitating inflammatory reaction. The plasma HDL3 is not involved in sepsis. The more and further explorations may be needed.
阳湾沟煤矿6203区6号煤层由于历史上开采不合理,上覆采空区可能存在积水隐患,造成后续开采困难.应用EH-4在地表进行采空区探测:3块采空区中6203房采采空区位置最低,与原6201、原6202采空区相互贯通,且与原6201采空区最近距离仅6 m,开采导致的贯通使采空区的积水会由原6201、原6202工作面采空区通过贯通处流向6203房采采空区内,导致采空区内积水.为了保证6203工作面的安全开采,有必要对房采采空区内的积水情况进行打钻探侧,结合地质资料推断并论证了采空区积水的属性特征,确定了井下采空区积水范围和探放水方案,实施了探放水,实现了6203采区6号煤层的安全开采.
目的 探讨重组旋毛虫53000蛋白在M0型巨噬细胞极化中的作用及机制.方法 获取骨髓来源的M0型巨噬细胞为研究对象,以650、700、750和800μg/mL浓度的重组旋毛虫53000蛋白干预M0型巨噬细胞,检测比较不同浓度干预24、48和72 h后的细胞因子信号传导抑制因子3(SOCS3)、M1型巨噬细胞表面特异性标记物诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)及M2型巨噬细胞标志物(FIZZ1)等mRNA表达量的变化,分析三者表达水平之间的关系.重组旋毛虫53000蛋白干预72 h后采用流式细胞仪分别检测各组巨噬细胞标志物CCR7(M1型)及CD206(M2型)比例.结果 随着重组旋毛虫53000蛋白干预时间的延长,各组SOCS3表达量升高而iNOS和FIZZ1表达量降低,且同一时间点随着重组旋毛虫53000蛋白浓度升高,SOCS3表达量升高而iNOS和FIZZ1表达量降低(P<0.05).Pearson线性相关分析结果显示,各浓度重组旋毛虫53000蛋白干预M0型巨噬细胞的SOCS3与其iNOS和FIZZ1表达量均呈负相关(P<0.05).重组旋毛虫53000蛋白干预72 h后,流式细胞仪检测结果显示随着重组旋毛虫53000蛋白浓度的升高,FITC?CD206(+)巨噬细胞比例亦不断升高,各浓度间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重组旋毛虫53000蛋白可能通过调控SOCS3表达诱导M0型巨噬细胞向M2型巨噬细胞极化且极化趋势具有一定的剂量依赖性.
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with acute pulmonary embolism,and to explore the value of Padua and Caprini scores in predicting the prognosis of patients with acute pulmonary embolism.Methods The clinical data of 44 patients with acute pulmonary embolism were retrospectively collected;and their clinical characteristics and risk factors were analyzed.Ordinal regression was used to explore values of the two scoring systems in predicting the patients' prognosis.Results The risk factors of the patients included surgery,COPD,coronary disease,cerebrovascular diseases,history of venous thrombosis,and cancer.The clinical characteristics included dyspnea,stethalgia,cough,hemoptysis,and tachycardia/tachypnea with no specificity.According to the Padua score,21 cases were low risk,and 23 cases high risk;and there was no statistical difference in the survival time between the two groups (P > 0.05).In terms of the Caprini score,9 cases were low risk,13 medium high risk,7 high criksk,and 15 very high risk;and there were statistical differences in the survival time among these groups (all P < 0.05).Conclusions There are many risk factors of patients with acute pulmonary embolism;and their clinical characteristics are nonspecific.The Padua score is meaningless to indicate the patients'prognosis,while the Caprini can predict their prognosis;the higher the Caprini level,the worse the prognosis.
目的 研究分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者血清甲状腺素变化与疾病的严重程度的相关性.方法 选取2016年1月-2018年1月在我院重症医学科收治的123例急性呼吸窘迫综合征及41例非急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,根据2012柏林定义,ARDS又再划分为轻度组(26.67 kPa< PaO2/FiO2≤40.00 kPa,PEEP或CPAP≥0.49 kPa)、中度组(13.33 kPa< PaO2/FiO2≤26.67 kPa,PEEP≥0.49 kPa)及重度缺氧组(PaO2/FiO2≤13.33 kPa,PEEP≥0.49 kPa),同时再选取同一时段内在我院进行常规体检的41例健康成人作为对照,对他们血清的甲状腺激素水平测定.结果 健康成人对照组与非ARDS组比较,血清TSH、FT4、TT4、FTS、TT3水平测定差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),ARDS组较另外两组以上指标均有降低(P<0.05),轻、中、重三组间比较,血清甲状腺素的差异存在统计学意义.结论 急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者血清甲状腺素水平与缺氧程度呈正相关,随着疾病严重程度加大,其水平差异的变化更加明显,动态监测甲状腺素水平对疾病严重程度的判断和对预后的评估具有重大意义.
The suitable assessment of reclaimed land is the premise and basis to make land reclamation scheme for reasonable reclamation and using reclamation land resources to provide scientific basis.Taking clay mine of Fengjia brick factory in Zhangwu county of Fuxin city as an example,combining with the mining natural conditions practical situation,the mine reclamation land was divided into the corresponding evaluation units,and the major damage type of the units were determined.Referencing forest land suitability assessment indexes,the final of the land reclamation direction for each unit was determined.Result shows that the major damage types of the units are digging occupation;the direction of the land reclamation for each unit is forest land.
Research was conducted in the substrate amendment of coal-gangue pile in Luan Coal Mine with the soil from the farm land and organic fertilizer according to the different proportion ratio(volume) into 4 kinds of improver improvement as the soil amendment.After the amendment,the average pH value of substrate was regulated from 6.23 to neutral;nitrogen content reached 41.36 mg/kg,4.61 times higher than that of the control;available phosphorus content reached 10.25 mg/kg,3.18 times higher than that of the control,available potassium content reached 458.01 mg/kg,2.46 times higher than that of the control,which greatly motivated the taproot of height,ground diameter growth and crown diameter growth of Amorpha fruticosa.Statistics and experimental result showed that matrix:70% coal-gangue+15% soil+15% organic fertilizer had significant amending effects on the substrate.It was an effective access to conduct the substrate amendment to coal-gangue piles and also one of the best ways to reutilize the solid waste disposal rationally.
Taking an iron mine in Shandong province as an example, building model by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluated the production and business operation condition of the three points ore mine. The analysis procedure was: first to select 10 factors which were more important among many internal factors influencing production and business operation status, and then to reuse analytic hierarchy process in two layers to determine various factors’ weight, finally to vote for the best point’s ore of operating conditions by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Judging from the final results, two kinds of combining methods could draw a satisfactory effect. The innovation of the paper not only lay in that a set of quantitative data were transformed into qualitative data, but more important was that the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation were merged completely.
