The investigation of electrical properties of graphene/polystyrene nanocomposites obtained by latex technology concept. Different amounts of aqueous graphene dispersions are mixed in polystyrene (PS) latex. Nanocompositesgraphene/polystyrene with high conductivity and a low percolation threshold smaller 1 wt% is received. The greatest conductivity value 95,002 Sm-1 of nanocomposite with concentration of 30 wt% is revealed. At graphen concentration 1 wt% conductivity value was 0,128 Sm-1. The greatest temperature sensitivity of sample with graphene 30 wt%, to temperatures 20 С and 100 С correspond conductivity 95,002 Sm-1and 0,128 Sm-1.
The works idea is a development of production methods of nanocompound polymeric materials, modified by carbon nanostructures, for manufacturing of microand nanosystem techniques structures and solar elements based on high-vacuum multifunctional modular nanotechnologycal platform NANOFAB NTK-9.
