We had observe patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and posttuberculosis pulmonary changes. There is considerable dissemination of CDOR among this patients (18 %), especially with fibrocavemous and cirrhotic forms (every third and second patient). Authors are convinced pathogen tie of this diseases.
