In this Article, we present bronchoscopical investigation in 65 children, aged from 3 month up to 14 years. Depending on the type of anesthesia provided, we divided patients in 4 groups. We analyzed results of Haemodynamics, the recovery of patient from anesthesia, Activeness and reaction of patients after anesthesia in all 4 groups. We also present a scheme of giving anesthesia with outcomes of investigations.

The optimal of anesthesiologicals manipulations during RCT is inhalation and oropharyngeal anesthesia. Burring NMT better to use intravenous method.
