Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.
As criteria of a kliniko-biochemical assessment endotoxicose at cholecystitis set of deviations from standard of analyzed tests (criterion of J) can be used. Boundary ranges of criterion of J are established: on levels of gematologichesky parameters – to and right after operation, for the 3th days after operation, on levels of kliniko-biochemical parameters – to and for the 5th days after operation, on total values of deviations from standard of gematologichesky and kliniko-biochemical tests – to and right after operation. To analyse ratio VNiSMM and OP of plasma of blood, erythrocytes and urine at sharp and chronic cholecystitis in dynamics of supervision the system of settlement indexes allows: factor К 1 – the relation of sizes VNiSMM in blood plasma to values in erythrocytes; factor К 2 – the relation of level VNiSMM in urine to the sum of its values i n plasma of blood and erythrocytes; factor К 3 – the relation of level of OP in urine to the sum of its values in plasma of blood and erythrocytes. At sharp cholecystitis the analysis of factors К 1 and К 3 in an assessment endotoxicose is indicative, and at chronic factors К 1 and К 2. Set of deviations from standard of studied tests showed boundary ranges at all stages of supervision at patients with sharp cholecystitis, in comparison with chronic cholecystitis.

Human health factors of risk assessment scientific direction, work up technology in prognosis to interaction of the system «organism of man environmental». Calculated indexes, characterize level at influence in the biological systems from environmental factors, in the organism of man, allow assessment of probability in the possibility negative efficacy and construction program of administration of risk for reduction in the his level to definite size. One by key methodological approach of human ecology maybe introduction in the practical construction of models influence from environmental chemicals of the factors risk in human health for conservation ecological security of the region.
Fifty-one patients with diffuse peritonitis were treated. 40 of these presented with the toxic stage and 11 had terminal stage with lethal outcomes. Studies of the antioxidant status showed an important role of lipid peroxidation metabolites in the formation of endogenous intoxication during the early postoperative period, manifesting, among other things, by decreased albumin transporting function. Analysis of correlations showed some relationships in the studied parameters which can be used in complex with other values in clinical laboratory diagnosis of endotoxicosis severity in peritonitis and in evaluation of the time course of this condition during intensive care. It can serve as a prognostic criterion of peritonitis development and outcome.
