核电厂重大设备状态在线监测是保障核电厂安全和经济运行的重要技术,针对传统阈值监测的固有缺陷,提出一种基于局部离群因子(LOF)和神经网络模型的设备状态在线监测方法。此方法属于多参数动态阈值监测方法,首先分析监测对象的故障模式和故障现象,选择一组可覆盖故障现象的传感器测点;根据设备运行特点采集足够长时间的历史运行数据,筛除异常数据;计算历史运行数据的LOF,以历史运行数据为输入、LOF为输出,建立并训练得到神经网络模型;最后基于神经网络模型和传感器测点实时数据计算设备健康指数,监控当前设备健康状态。将本文的监测方法用于循环水泵泵体健康状态的监测,并采集了一段时间的正常数据和异常数据以验证其监测效果,验证结果表明,本文提出的监测方法可以提前10 d进行预警,降低误报率,大幅提升监控效能。
在某1000 MW核电机组的多台同型号设备冷却水泵检修过程中发现其叶轮普遍存在裂纹.从裂纹形貌、材料性能、铸造工艺、热处理工艺等多方面对叶轮出现裂纹的原因进行了分析.结果 表明:材料铸造过程中出现的气孔和疏松等冶金缺陷是叶轮叶片出现裂纹的主要原因.对叶轮的铸造工艺及热处理工艺提出了改进措施,采用新生产工艺可以消除叶轮中的裂纹、穿孔等铸造缺陷,提高了叶轮的质量及服役性能.

The detection methods for inter-turn short circuit fault of generator rotor are various, but most of them are not sensitive enough to detect small inter-turn short circuit faults. The paper introduces a convenient and sensitive method for inter-turn short circuit faults detection, namely the RSO technique, and it also intro-duces the operating principle and advantages. In an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test of 660 MW thermal power generating units, it is preliminarily determined that there is inter-turn insulation fault in the rotor; by using RSO test method, the fault is diagnosed and located, and the diagnosis result is verified through endoscope examination.

Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) is an important systematic approach applied to the development and optimization of maintenance strategies in many nuclear power plants (NPPs) which being in operation around the world. Its relevant technical concepts and methodologies also provide a good reference to the design, construction, and production preparation of new NPPs. Within a discussion on the introduction and application of RCM in NPPs under construction, this paper mainly expounded applications of RCM methodology in the design review, procurement requirement validation, disposal of left problems over by engineering, and other technical aspects to improve the reliability of systems and equipments in new NPPs. According to analysis and feedback of some typical actual cases, RCM technology was demonstrated to be feasible and valuable in reliability improvement in new NPPs.
This paper reveals the main factors of accelerated the aging of relay through statistical analysis of aging and failure data of intermediate relay and output relay for MV distribution board in Daya Bay nuclear power plant and Ling'ao nuclear power plant. The factors of accelerating relay aging are operation context including humidity, temperature, vibration impact, and etc., and aging mechanism including oxidation corrosion, mechanical wear, electrical wear, organic gas corrosion, insulation aging, electromagnetic interference, and etc. The suggested measures are the classified management, relay replacement, periodic check, and periodic replacement or maintenance.
Preventive maintenance program was one of the basic requirements to the nuclear power operation units set by national nuclear safety authorities. This paper describes the specific processes with respect to the compilation of preventive maintenance for equipment at nuclear power plants (NPPs), with a combination of domestic and foreign maintenance optimization methods, and RCM analysis results, AP913 method, experience feedback and other methods to optimize preventive maintenance program, which has created considerable economic benefits and achieved good results in operating and new NPPs. This paper presents the strategies and methods of compilation and optimization of preventive maintenance program, providing an important reference for compilation and optimization of maintenance program for NPPs at home and abroad.
以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)在众多行业的维修领域中发挥了重要作用,但其复杂的分析过程又阻碍了广泛推广和取得更好的经济效益。精简型以可靠性为中心的维修(SRCM),较好地解决了可靠性与经济性之间的平衡问题,降低系统设备的维修、管理成本,使之更适于电力系统。简述SRCM的主要流程及其应用,给出具体应用实例,为电力行业及其他工业领域推行SRCM提供参考。
According to the investigation on the falling event of air dumper of turbine hall ventilation system in a Nuclear Plant,failure of aluminum rivet connection was recognized as the direct cause. And the root cause was design defect,i.e. air dumper structure without support and improper material combination of galvanized iron sheets of the main body of the air dumper and the aluminum rivet. The acceleration failure factors of this event included the corrosive ocean atmosphere and the vibrant operation condition,and the aging mechanisms were atmospheric corrosion crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. Within research in depth,corresponding protective countermeasures were proposed,which included implementing preventive inspection and reinforcement to the air dumper,alteration the rivet's material and carrying out condition monitoring on air dumper,etc. This report would provide reference for the management optimization of air dumper in operating plants and design of ventilation system of plants under construction.
This paper analyzes the root cause for the accelerated aging of condenser rubber expansion joint according to the actual condition in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant and the experience feedback from overseas nuclear power plants.Life assessment is taken for rubber expansion joints and some specific management strategies and suggestions are recommended.The result shows that the aging mechanism of the rubber expansion joints include the embrittlement aging,fatigue aging,contacted media aging,stress fatigue and thermal aging caused by mechanics and environment.Embrittlement aging is the main aging mechanism.
This paper introduces the background for the ongoing research on accelerated ageing management (AAM) technology for important and susceptible components in Daya Bay nuclear power plant (NPP) and Lingao NPP. The technical procedure, the work architecture and the interfaces with existing operation and maintenance system in NPPs are also detailed. Finally, some representative examples of the use of AAM to solve practical operational issues are presented, before concluding on propositions for the future development of this technology. 在阐述以可靠性为中心维修(RCM)和状态维修(CBM)基础上,研究两者之间的关系与方法的融合,以及CBM在RCM中的应用。
Within introduction to Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), relationship between these two important methodologies in modern enterprise asset maintenance was revealed by a theoretical analysis. Integration of RCM and CBM would exploit the advantages of them to the best, and some recommendations on correct application of condition monitoring technologies in RCM were proposed. Efforts on determining the relationship between RCM and CBM would provide some reference for comprehension and application of these two methodologies in the fields.
