The automation degree of the ductile iron pipe production line is constantly improving. There are a large number of lifting, lifting, swinging arm, and blocking and shifting mechanisms in the production line, most of which require accurate positioning. With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, the hydraulic power system is gradually replaced by a more environmentally friendly power mode due to the pollution of its hydraulic oil. Among them, the pneumatic drive system of compressed air is receiving more and more attention due to its cleanliness and energy conservation.However, pneumatic control has been lacking in effective means for precise positioning. This paper provides a pneumatic control idea and method based on servo system, with the goal of improving the accuracy of pneumatic control.
