The results of investigations into the development and creation of new-generation heat-insulation material based on ecofriendly carbamide formaldehyde resins (CFRs) created using innovative technologies as a priority in the field of the development of the building industry are set out. The technical data of the developed new equipment, the composition of the film-forming formulations, and the technology for producing ecofriendly open-pore carbamide formaldehyde plastic foam (CFPF) are given. The results of laboratory investigations and tests of the created heat-insulation material are set out. The physicomechanical properties of CFPF of different density are described. As the principal conclusion, the practical significance of the promising ecofriendly heat-insulation materials proposed for application in building and in the restoration of buildings and structures of different designation is briefly substantiated.

Ингибирование роста бактерий проявляется в увеличении периода индукции (лаг-фазы).It is shown that injection of silver nanoparticles (NPs) into large-tonnage polymers, such as polystyrene (PS) and styrene copolymer with acrylonitrile (SAN), imparts fungicide properties to them. For the purpose of further forecasting, the process of microscopic fungi and bacteria growth in the presence of different silver NP concentrations has been described quantitatively. It is shown that addition of silver NPs significantly suppresses growth of Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum microscopic fungi both at the initial, and stationary stages of their growth. Inhibition of bacterial growth manifests itself in increased induction period (the lag-phase).

It is recived that adding (NP) of argentums is importance suppressed the growth in the initial and stacionare stages of the fungies Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum. The inhibition of bacterien growth is displayed in the increasing of the induction period (lag-phase).
Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in rats induced by the high-fat diet was used as an experimental model for testing hepatoprotective properties of drug based on water-ethanol extract from oyster mushroom mycelium. Progression of pathology development was monitored histologically and by biochemical assay of blood samples. Subcellular response was analyzed using electron microscopy. It was shown that administration of the high-fat diet for 14 days leads to a development of adipose degeneration of liver (steatosis). Histological evidences were confirmed biochemically. Alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, free cholesterol and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol levels were increased in blood of experimental animals in comparison to control. Administration of the drug was performed in parallel with high-fat food. It was shown that pathological alterations of liver in this case were reduced at both organ and cellular levels. Cholesterol and triglyceride levels were close to those in control animals. The data obtained confirm that the drug assayed can be used in clinical practice for prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
