There have been presented the results of the investigations of spreading and clinical and anatomical features of obliterative diseases of principle and peripheral arteries (ODPPA) among the native population (Buryats) and Russian one. It was shown that spreading ODPPA among the Russian population is considerably higher than among the natives. The unusual features of the clinical course of ODPPA among Buryats are the distal level of involving, less expressivness of ishemia of low extremities and more senior age as compared to the Russian patients.
