In 62 injured persons with chronic neuropathic pain syndrome (CNPS) caused by traumatic injury of nerves of extremities the influence of different factors on surgical treatment efficacy was studied. On the base of statistic analysis it was sat that CNPS treatment efficacy depends for certain on patient’s age, time have passed from trauma to operation and type of surgical intervention. On operations’ efficacy at traumatic CNPS patient’s sex, damaged nerve topography, trauma’s type (isolated or combined), it’s character (open or closed) and type of previous treatment have no statistically for certain influence.
On basis of statistics data about treatment activity of neurosurgical departments in Ukraine in period from 1997 to 2998 years the analysis of neurosurgical care giving to patients with cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) was made. The amount of patients with CVD been treated at neurosurgical departments of Ukraine in 2008 increased in 2 times compared with 1997 — from 3350 to 7160. Surgical activity increased on 8.8% (from 27.1 to 35.9%), thus absolute index of operations quantity increased in 2.7 times — from 963 in 1997 to 2573 in 2008. Common lethality at these 12 years have been analyzed, was not considerably variable, it was in scope (10.8±0.55)% (p<0.05). As about postoperative lethality, after it’s index considerable growing in 1998 (from 17 to 21.9%), it diminished gradually and in 2008 became 17% (that is level of 1997).Surgical activity considerable increasing at patients with CVD at permanent indexes of common and postoperative lethality was conditioned by improvement of organization of specialized neurosurgical care giving, neurovascular departments establishing and highly qualified specialists of neurovascular field training.
On the model of experimental malignant rats’ brain glioma (stamm 101.8) efficiency of antiblastic medicine of plant origin ukrain was compared to cisplatin. At rats with glioma, treated with ukrain and cisplatin, the reliable increase of animals life-span on 33–37,5% compared with control index, was obtained. In brain glioma tissue signs of cytodestructive and citostatic influence of medicines been tested, were observed, more expressed at cisplatin application.

In the review the state and problems of infusive therapy for today are described; comparison of different preparations for infusions is given. The application of sorbilactum — complex medicine on the sorbitolum basis — is considered in details; effects, possibilities and advantages of preparation, and also results of clinical researches are described.
Using different models of peripheral nerve damage at rats a neurological pain syndrome models (NPS) were created; it’s intensity, and typical changes in sensible, motive and behavior spheres.

The article is devoted to cerebrolysin application in different fields of medicine: neurosurgery, neurology, psychiatry. Cerebrolysin is a medicine that contains low molecular active peptides and is used widely for traumatic, vascular and degenerative nervous system diseases treatment. Cerebrolysin has an expressive neuroprotective and neurotrophic activity (that is similar to natural nervous growing factor), it improves the patients life quality, moving and mental functions and the capacity to control the degenerative disease progress; and it differs due to the long effect, that is maintained up to 6 months after the therapy course has been finished, also it practically has no side reactions.
