The results of experiments on the cultivation of the hybrid of sterlet and white sturgeon with the application of three versions of the mixed feeds of European producers are given. The integrated assessment of the rates of growth and physiological state of fish in the experimental versions is presented. The attention is paid to the analysis of the state of aqueous medium in the fish-farming system, to the studies of the physical properties of the granules of mixed feeds.
breeding in industrial conditions is mainly based on the application of valuable mixed fodders. The complex of investigations has allowed to determine the high efficiency of the application of the mixed fodder Sturgeon Grower (produced by Le Gouessant) under the commodity production system of sturgeon breeding. Its use provides the fast growth of body weight at low food costs.
The substantiation of optimum selection of sturgeon species for cultivation in industrial aquaculture with the use of recirculation systems of water supply is given. The results on transportation of various sturgeon species by transport in polyethylene packages on significant distances are submitted.
Effectiveness of applying such preparation as cianocobalomin (vitamin B12) was proved under industrial conditions for increasing of sturgeon and larvae. It was revealed that treatment by cianocobalamin results in increase of embryos yield by 5,4 % and decrease of breakage in embryo and larvae development in average 6,1 and 18 % respectively.
