An experimental study of the grinding of lidocaine by the rapid expansion of supercritical solutions (RESS method) was carried out. The experiments were carried out in the pressure range of 10–35 MPa and temperatures of 308–333 K. The analysis of the morphology and size of particles, as well as the effect of the process parameters on them, was carried out. Qualitative and quantitative spectrophotometric analysis was carried out. The dissolution test was carried out in a phosphate buffered saline medium simulating plasma, which showed that the reduction in particle size gave an increased yield of the drug in a shorter period of time compared to the original drug that was not treated.
Создан экспериментальный стенд, позволяющий проводить исследования вытеснения нефти с использованием сверхкритических флюидных систем – сверхкритическим СО2 и оторочками сверхкритического СО2 и воды из насыпного однородного пласта различной степени обводненности. На экспериментальной установке проведены исследования процесса многокомпонентной фильтрации систем «нефть-вода-сверхкритический СО2» на изотерме 333 К в интервале давлений до 14 МПа. Проведены пробные опыты при различной степени обводненности модели пласта. Получены новые данные по коэффициенту вытеснения нефти оторочками сверхкритического СО2 и воды из однородной пористой среды. Результаты показали, что применение сверхкритического СО2 в процессах фильтрации многокомпонентных пластовых систем позволяет дополнительно вытеснить нефть высокой вязкости, а значение остаточной нефтенасыщенности снижается. An experimental setup has been created to study the process of oil displacement by supercritical CO2 and rims of supercritical CO2 and water from a model of a homogeneous reservoir of various degrees of water cut. At the experimental setup, the process of multicomponent filtration of oil-water-supercritical CO2 systems was studied on the isotherm 333 K in the pressure range up to 14 MPa. Trial experiments were carried out at various degrees of watering of the reservoir model. New data have been obtained on the coefficient of oil displacement by rims of supercritical CO2 and water from a homogeneous porous medium. The results showed that the use of supercritical CO2 in the fi ltration processes of multicomponent reservoir systems allows for the additional displacement of high viscosity oil, and the value of residual oil saturation decreases.

Tthe composition and structure of composite particles obtained by PGSS (Particle from Gas Saturated Solution particles produced from gas-saturated solutions) method were investigated. The melting temperature of the particles was determined by thermogravimetric analysis. The structures of the particles were determined by X-ray analysis.
