The results of 349 endovascular operations of arteriovenous malformations,117 of each had complications, were investigated. Factors of the risk of endovascular surgical treatment of AVM’s were determined.Also this article presents facilities of preoperative procedures, anesthesiological management and postoperative treatment.

The results of AVM treatment by different transvasal methods in 93 patients show that solitaire use of one of such intervention not always gives the expected therapeutic effect. Therefore at the present stage simultaneous or installment application of different transvasal methods is more effective both for postoperative results’s optimization and for intraoperative decreasing of ischemic or haemorrhagic disturbances.
