Staphylococcus aureus is widespread bacterium that causes inflectional diseases of humans and animals. Currently, there is growing incidence of methicillinresistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Resistance of Staphylococcus aureus strains to methicillin is detected by the presence in the genome of staphylococcal chromosomal cassette of SCCmec type. In this work 60 clinical strains of MRSA isolated from the skin and mucous of patients with allergic pathology were examined. The analysis of Staphylococcus aureus strains was performed in differential mediums. Additionally, specific identification was carried out by MALDI-TOF. Specific regions of the genes of mec gene complex were identified by PCR. As a result of typing we determined that 47% of tested strains were resistant to oxacillin phenotypically, but did not contain the specific primer sites related to mecgene complex types I–IV. The remaining 53% of the strains were contained primer-specific amplicons. These strains were also phenotypically resistant to oxacillin. This study showed that MRSA strains as part of its genetic apparatus are several different types of SCCmec cassettes. This property allows them to express multidrug resistance.
The aiming selective examination of antibacterial activity pyrithione zinc is carried out concerning the virulent strains of S. aureus, the hit skin for 40 patients with atopic dermatitis in the age of from 1 year till 13 years. The application 0,2 % of a cream or aerosol pyrithione zinc at local treatment atopic dermatitis under the plan 2 times per day in the morning and evening promotes lowering on a skin of children S. aureus, and also results in elimination from a skin of the most virulent strains of staphylococcus of this strains.
In chronic viral hepatitis B and C the development of intestinal dysbacteriosis and high occurrence of concomitant diseases of the gastrointestinal tract were observed. In cases of increased dysbacteriosis degree and in the presence of concomitant diseases the blood plasma of patients exhibited higher activity in reaction with the of amebocytes lysate obtained from crabs of the genus Limulus. A suggestion was made that the endotoxin of Gram negative intestinal microflora could probably play some role in the development of pathological processes in chronic viral hepatitis B and C.
