Periodontitis the same as brain, heart, kidneys is an organ-target for an arterial hypertensia. Disturbances in system of the microcirculatory bed, influencing a trophism of tissues of dentoalveolar system that promotes more active course of pathological processes in periodontitis thus develop. Actual revealing periodontitis pathogenic microorganisms in patients with an essential arterial hypertensia thereupon is represented. By us it is spent indication of five periodontitis pathogenic microorganisms, which most often causing development of diseases, in teenagers with an essential hypertensia by means of test system «Multident-5» («Genlab», Moscow).
There was performed an evaluation of social and economic factors impact on the demographic processes in Eastern Siberia (on the example of the city of Irkutsk). The decrease of population may lead to the problems of workforce formation capable of reproducing and developing the material and intellectual potential.
This article presents an analysis of disease trends in selected age groups of the population of Irkutsk for the period of 1992-2009 and it is found that most of these trends are dependent on socio-economic factors. Built polynomial regression models revealed significant increase in morbidity of mental disorders in children, diseases of the nervous system and. the digestive system against opposing change prevalence of adolescent and. adult population for the analyzed period.

We performed peer review of early detection of essential arterial hypertension in children and teenagers in the conditions of children’s polyclinic. On the basis of the results of integrated estimation of early detection of arterial hypertension the most typical errors were revealed: low quality of taking of the anamnesis, untimely performance of diagnostic researches, their partial correspondence to the standardized reports and also insufficient quality of maintenance of documentation. Elimination of this defects will allow to improve medical and organizational approaches to the maintenance of early detection of the disease in the conditions of children’s polyclinic.
The purpose of our research was studying the features of the social status, way of living and the way of adolescents life. We have organized interrogation of senior high school students concerning an essential arterial hypertension (EAH). As a result it was revealed that due to modern adolescents way of living there are many risk factors of EАH development. So one third of adolescents are brought up in singleparent families. The majority of the respondents has bad habits (mainly smoking), or are exposed to the influence of this factor when contacting with close relatives. Seven of ten interrogated are exposed to inactive way of life and more than a half of respondents are characterized by low medical activity. We have found out that children have low level of knowledge about EAH, its possible complications and preventive maintenance. The basic source of information about this disease turned out to be parents, for half of children doctors of polyclinic, and one seventh named the school doctor. At the same time, the majority of the interrogated have assigned the basic responsibility for their health to itself, it testifies to their understanding of their own responsibility. Thus, features of way of life of the interrogated can cause not only the general deterioration of health, but also development of such disease as an arterial hypertension and can negatively affect the dynamics of its development and course.
The article presents the results of analysis of main problems at the detection of essential arterial hypertension. (EAH) in adolescents in children's polyclinic. Low awareness of adolescents and their parents about the problem, dissatisfaction, of physicians by the existing diagnostic criteria, the level of clinics' equipment complement and. by the work of function-diagnostic and. laboratory departments were showed. The most typical errors in detection of EAH were determined during the peer review.
Analyzed period, from 2000 to 2010 years is characterized by stable high epidemiological indicators of tuberculosis. Deteriorated structure of new-onset tuberculosis, morbidity bacillary and. destructive forms of tuberculosis has increased by 18,5 and. 43,2 % respectively, tuberculosis of meninges and. central nervous system 5 times.
There have been considered the sociological aspects of morbidity with arterial hypertension in teenagers in view of conditions and a way of life, and also other factors causing given disease.
96 girls of 15-17 years were examined: girls with menstrual cycle disorder and autonomic vegetative dysfunctions (n=41). Girls with regular menstrual cycle and autonomic dysfunctions (n=30), comprise the control group (n=25). All the girls were examined with the help of the general clinical analyses, hormonal and biochemical tests, ultrasonography examination of the inner genital organs and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and cardio-interval-graphy. The girls with menstrual cycle disorder and autonomic dysfunctions demonstrate intensity of sympathetic vegetative nervous system marked already at early stages of development of the disease, when there were no changes in a hormonal and biochemical parameters.
