Results of clinical and experimental investigation of long cylindrical bones vascular system both for modeling of trauma and for using in clinical practice are presented in the analytical review. It outlines the scope of local circulatory injuries due to trauma and surgical operation. It focuses on principal possibility of pharmacological correction of disturbed blood circulation in traumas of long cylindrical bones.

The purpose of our experimental investigation was the development of new surgical approach to the removal of bone-arterial defects of more than 3 cm in associated gunshot bone-arterial injuries of the extremities is presented in the article. The review of modeling of the gunshot wounds is performed by the authors. The inadequacy of the most existing models of the gunshot wounds of the extremities is shown in this article. It is necessary to create adequate models of the gunshot wounds of extremities. Necessary condition of the creation is step-by-step confirmation of value of received quantitative and qualitative indices which characterize the gunshot wound volume.
