IN THE GIVEN SYSTEMATIC REVIEW, THE AUTHORS EVALUATED THE EFFICIENCY OF THE AMINOACID-BASED MIXTURES AMONG THE PATIENTS, SUFFERING FROM THE COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY. THEY HAVE STUDIED THE ELECTRONIC AND BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATABASES. THE RESEARCHERS ACCOUNTED FOR THE PATIENTS OF ANY AGE, SUFFERING FROM THE COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY OR SIMILAR SYMPTOMS. THE TASK WAS TO COMPARE THE AMINOACID-BASED MIXTURES WITH HIGHLY HYDROLYZED MIXTURES, SOY MIXTURES AND COW'S MILK/COW'S MILK-BASED MIXTURES. THEY SHOWED THAT THE USE OF THE AMINOACID-BASED MIXTURES IS SAFE AND EFFICIENT AMONG THE INFANTS WITH THE CONFIRMED OR SUSPECTED COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY. THE DATA OF THE RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED STUDIES, COMPARING AMINOACID-BASED MIXTURES WITH HIGHLY HYDROLYZED MIXTURES, WITNESSES THAT BOTH TYPES OF MIXTURES ARE EQUALLY EFFICIENT IN REDUCING THE SYMPTOMS OF THE COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY IN THE CONFIRMED OR ALLEGED ALLERGY CASES. THIS REVIEW DEMONSTRATES THE CLINICAL IMPACT OF THE AMINOACID-BASED MIXTURES BOTH UPON CERTAIN SYMPTOMS AND GROWTH OF THE INFANTS AND CHILDREN WITH THE COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY, WHO HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS THE HIGHLY HYDROLYZED MIXTURES.
Еhe announcement of the east European expert group for vaccine prevention presents position of the leading specialists of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan on key issues of the national pre vention immunization schedule. the authors examine in detail the aspects of vaccination against hepatitis type b, including optimal term of injection of the first vaccine dose, vaccination tactics for the premature and low weight newborns, safety of recombinant vaccines against hepatitis type в. based on the analysis of the morbidity of h. influenzae type b invasive forms along with the methods recommended by who (HIB RAT), experts recommend introduction of the vaccine against this infection into the prevention immunization schedule. The experts believe the basis for the combined vaccines in pediatrics to be the vaccines with cellfree pertussis component. This class of vaccines allows introducing the additional booster dose of pertussis vaccines for immunization of the preschool children into the immunization schedule, which is dictated by the present epidemic situation with due account for this infection. The purpose of this prospective multicenter surveillance study is evaluation of safety and reactogenicity of DTP vaccines, registered in Russia. 1424 children aged 12–20 weeks were enrolled in this study, 822 infants were vaccinated by AKDS, 411 — infanrix, 191 — tetracoc. The frequency and severity of 3 local (pain, redness and swelling) and 4 general (fever, irritability, drowsiness and loss of appetite) solicited symptoms were registered within 4 days after vaccination. The unsolicited adverse events were estimated within 30 days after vaccination, serious adverse events — during study period. The frequency of solicited adverse events was significantly low after infanrix administration than after DTPW vaccines. Infanrix also associated with less number of severe local and general reactions. Some difference in the reactogenicity profiles of AKDS and tetracoc vaccines was established. The conclusion about necessity of expanded using of DTPA in routine immunization programs was made.Key words: vaccines, reactogenicity, adverse events, surveillance study.
