The yunnan bamboo culture is one of the most typical ethnic culture in Yunnan.Based on site visits,Yunnan ethnic bamboo culture diversity origins and performances were introduced and some protection strategies were proposed.
Cephalostachyum pergracile,only one bamboo for cooking rice with a section of thick bamboo,is a rare bamboo species with significant academic values and special cultural connotation in the study of plant taxonomy.Based on preliminary analysis of the values for integrated development of Cephalostachyum pergracile,the author proposes the schemes mainly for developing a series of food products,bamboo pulping,bamboo handicrafts and cosmetics as well as special foods good for health.
The paper introduced the types, mechanism and characteristics of DNA molecular markers, and sum-marized the current study of DNA molecular markers in bamboo plants.In addition, the application and the pros-pect of using DNA molecular markers in the bamboo genetic diversity were reviewed.
In this experiment,Thermomonospora fusca was chosen as an original strain for screening high yield cellulase mutants.The spore suspension of organism was treated with ~(60)Co gamma rays.A high cellulase-producing mutant strain AV5 was obtained by screening using the methods of transparent zone and shaking culture.The activity of mutant strain AV5 was enhanced for 1.8 times comparing with that of the original strain.After fermentation the excrement of cattle,the reducing rate of the crude cellulose of excrement is 32.95 %,which is 1.7 times higher than the reducing rate of the original strain.
