This research aims to observe how the emotion coaching training improve the skill of teachers on Education for Early-Age Children (known as PAUD). It uses the design of nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. Twelve teachers of PAUD were involved as the participants in this research and they were divided into two groups: 6 of those 12 teachers included in experimental and control group. The measurement tools used in this research were the scale of the skill of teacher response and observation on checklist behavior made by the researcher based upon the theory of Swartz and Mcelwain (2012).. The test of hypothesis used the Friedman analysis. The results of the research showed that the training of emotion coaching can improve the skill of teachers in responding the emotion of early age children before and after giving the training to the experiment group at (p = 0.002 where p< 0.05).
This research is an experimental research with the aim of providing treatment in the form of assertive training interventions to improve interpersonal communication skills of class X students majoring in Marketing at SMKN X. This research uses a quasi experimental design with nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. The data are collected through observation, interviews, FGD, and interpersonal communication scale (Puspitasari, 2012). The data are analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 for windows with non-parametric statistical analysis paired sample t-test. The results showed that assertive training improved students' interpersonal communication skills. This can be observed from the statistical analysis between pre-test and post-test obtained p = 0,000 (p 0.05). In addition, an increase also occurred in the results of statistical analysis between post test and follow up with a value of p = 0,000 (p 0.05). This study shows outcomes of social studies students. The method is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Subjects needed for class VII-B MTs MifTahul Jannah Palangka Raya, which numbered 23 students, for the data collection techniques used were observation and tests. While this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the survey show that: (1) There is an increase in learning outcomes. This is known as the initial stage with an average value of 64 with classical completeness. This is the first cycle which reached an average of 72 with the artistic integrity of 56.52% and the results achieved by students in this second cycle of These values indicate that learning using the average cost of 86.95% in class VII-B MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya
