In order to reach the target of maximizing overall value on supply,this article studies and explores economic order quantity and cost from multiple aspects.It formulates the mathematical models in different conditions,finds out solution or methods,which is something like solution,analyses the sensitivity of economic order quantity.Through the analysis on practical problems,it further shows the advantages and disadvantages of different purehasing ways and points out the effective methods of supply chain at the stage of purehase and storage.

本文根据《江西统计年鉴》公布的有关数据，对产值与固定资产原值均超亿元的四十家大型工业企业进行分析研究。运用TSP计量经济学软件得出了四十家大型企业的平均生产函数和统计边界生产函数。并以此为工具测算出这些企业的综合要素生产率、技术水平和技术效率及其位次，为落实十五届四中全会精神推进国企改革提供了有益的信息。
