The article aims to objectively examine the history of Franchising in Europe by focusing on ties between franchisors and franchisees. We also carried out a comprehensive study, interacted with numerous prospective European franchisors and franchisees, and have been in service since 2003. Our results suggest that Europe has a very difficult negotiating franchise agreement. Franchising, which promotes strengthening of mutual links between countries at this point in the history of world economic relations, penetrates virtually every field of economic activities, is thus one of the powerful instruments for the transition to the creative development of the States, thereby ensuring their sustainable development, franchising supports improving trade ties between countries at this point of their growth since, nowadays, this is one of the most efficient and democratic forms of transcending national economies, affecting almost all fields of economic operation. Because of this, it is essential for the research. Comprehensive research of the contradictions in perceptions and real commitments on all sides of the franchising arrangement helps one resolve misunderstandings and remove automated performance ambitions. This article aims to have real consequences for the growth of Franchising in Europe, which will boost the performance and reputation of franchise enterprises by offering a comparative review to a preliminary screening of subjective hypotheses about the advantages of franchising and to suggest incorporating additions and clarity to the partners.
Hospitality should recognize various practices to enable itself, some of which may be the entertainment and installations that run a magical atmosphere to inspire individuals internally and externally by giving a successful service and joyous experience to increasing and improving this sector in resorts. These companies are vulnerable since they purchase commodities, rely on more than tangibles intangible goods and influence may be literally by some dispute or problem such as workers, clients, inventions, or culture, which interconnects these components. The hospitality field includes restaurants, accommodation, resorts, fun parks, festivals, cruises, entertainment, and other internal and external tourist facilities. Firms and clients, staff, and markets have a significant effect. The research implemented a mixed approach throughout conducting interviews with different managers in Hotels, and the survey's distribution has been over 100 respondents for data collection, using the SPSS statistical tool. The results proved a direct relationship among the research variables.
Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the Impact of information technology (IT) and patient satisfaction on Telemedicine in the rural health care Services. Through the telemedicine facility, patients from rural areas can receive specialist consultation for all health problems from skilled doctors. Methods: The impact of IT, Patient‘s expectation about quality of service (SQ), Clinical Governance (G), Patient relationship with professional (PR) and Patient‘s satisfaction (PS) variables has been tested through structural equation modeling techniques. The sample consisted of 356 rural personnel from the Madurai District of Tamilnadu, India, who accessed the telemedicine at Primary Health Centers at Madurai District. Results: Information Technology variables have significant influence on over all information technology. Service quality variables performed as mediator role in the patient satisfaction. This result shows that information related to telemedicine helps the patient to understand about their Venkateswaran et al. (2016). Patient relationship and Innovation has a significant influence on service quality. Ease of use of IT, Patient relationship, Governance has no significant influence on patient satisfaction. Hence telemedicine helps both service users and clinicians and putting less strain on resources. But inaccurate and unstructured information, poor service, privacy, communication of the information, frequency of the visits and accuracy in the details of the reports are major issues for the success for Telemedicine in rural areas.
