利用ReactIRTM15在线红外分析系统对苯乙烯-丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚合反应进行在线监控,通过监测单体特征峰的变化,推断出反应体系中各组分浓度的变化,进而了解反应的进程.采用2-乙基己酸镍/三乙基铝催化体系对合成的共聚物进行选择性氢化,将氢化后的共聚物作为黏度指数改进剂加入到HVI 150基础油中,考察了增稠能力和抗剪切能力,对比了氢化共聚物通过柴油喷嘴剪切前后的GPC谱图,分析了氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-异戊二烯无规共聚物黏度指数改进剂分子受剪切破坏的原因.
Primene TOA pyrophosphate,Primene 81-R pyrophosphate and Primene JM-T pyrophosphate were synthesized.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry were used to characterize the structure of the pyrophosphate and its amine salts.Comparing with AW-6110 and RC3760,which are two kinds of amine phosphate P-N additives,Primene TOA pyrophosphate,among the three Primene amine pyrophosphate,has good thermal stability and comparable antiwear property.
In this article,a star-shaped hydrogenated polyisoprene(Star-EP) was synthesized for use as a viscosity index improver in lubricants.Polyisoprene arms were firstly synthesized by anionic polymerization, followed by a linking reaction with divinylbenzene.The resulting polymer Star-EP with the hydrogenation degree of more than 98%was then obtained by the hydrogenation of star-shaped polyisoprene using nikel naphthenate/triisobutyl aluminum catalyst system.The effects of structures and molecule weights on viscosity index were studied,furthermore,the effects of structures and molecule weights on thickening ability and shear stability in base oil 150N(HG) were discussed.At last,the low temperature performance and high temperature high shear properties were evaluated.
The development process of establishing light duty direct injection diesel engine ring sticking and piston cleanliness test bench and the test method were introduced. The selection of test equipment, the determination and introduction of the key components, and the design of the circulation of the test bench, the investigation and design of each engine test bench system, the determination of the test conditions, the evaluation and data analysis of the test result were involved. Lube oil distillates,which were from the mixture of Daqing crude oil and Russian crude oil in the different proportion at 350~400℃,400~450℃ and 450~500℃,were treated by acetone-benzol dewaxing,furfural refining and clay refining.The typical base oils were obtained and evaluated.And the same test and evaluation were performed for the lube oil distillates from the mixture of non-Daqing paraffin-base crude oil,Russian crude oil and Daqing crude oil.The above-mentioned research is useful for making use of crude oil resource efficiently and processing the proper crude oil for PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Co.under the condition of ensuring the quality of lube base oil.
