使用1.8T涡轮增压汽油发动机,进行汽油机油高温清净性台架评定方法的试验研究.通过参比油试验,考察涡轮增压、试验工况、活塞结构及冷却方式等因素对发动机油清净性的影响,开发出针对带有涡轮增压装置汽油发动机的润滑油清净性台架评定方法.
The performance of the BOB (Blender-on-Board system) composite additives developed by Dalian Lubricating Oil R&D Institute for special cylinder oil blending was tested. Some simulation methods, such as differential scanning calorimetry, Caterpillar Micro Oxidation Test, hot tube test, panel coker test, spread-ability test, SRV, SEM, were carried out to evaluate the anti-oxidation performance, deposit control, spread-ability and friction resistance under the conditions of low dosage of BOB additives. The results reveal that the optimal BOB additives show better overall performance but less anti-oxidation, comparing with foreign reference.

In this article,a star-shaped hydrogenated polyisoprene(Star-EP) was synthesized for use as a viscosity index improver in lubricants.Polyisoprene arms were firstly synthesized by anionic polymerization, followed by a linking reaction with divinylbenzene.The resulting polymer Star-EP with the hydrogenation degree of more than 98%was then obtained by the hydrogenation of star-shaped polyisoprene using nikel naphthenate/triisobutyl aluminum catalyst system.The effects of structures and molecule weights on viscosity index were studied,furthermore,the effects of structures and molecule weights on thickening ability and shear stability in base oil 150N(HG) were discussed.At last,the low temperature performance and high temperature high shear properties were evaluated.
A star-shaped polymethacrylate copolymer as a viscosity index improver was synthesized through living radical polymerization with reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT polymerization). The average number of the arms of the star-shaped polymethacrylate,the molecular weight of which is controllable and has narrow distribution,is larger than 3.Compared with linear polymethacrylate,the prominent shear stability of the star-shaped polymethacrylate copolymer was verified by tapered roller bearing tests(CEC L-45-A-99).At the same level of thickening power,the star-shaped copolymer has better shear stability.Likewise at the similar grade of shear stability,much less star-shaped copolymer is required.
The invention relates to a marine cylinder lubricant composition. The cylinder lubricant composition comprises, by weight, 5-10% of an ultra-high base number sulphonate clearing agent, 3-8% of an ultra-high base number phenate clearing agent, 4-10% of an ultra-high base number naphthenate clearing agent, 0.5-2.5% of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1.5% of an antiwear agent, 40-60% of high viscosity indexClass I base oil 400SN/500SN/650SN or high viscosity index Class II base oil 400SN/500SN/650SN and 10-35% of Class I high viscosity index base oil HVIS 150BS. A method of compounding three clearing agents is adopted, so that respective outstanding advantages of the three clearing agents are utilized, defects of the three clearing agents are also made up, the comprehensive lubrication performance of marine lubricating oil is improved, and requirements of novel marine engines for lubricant performance can be met. Based on the premise that the composition is adapted to the traditional Class I base oil, the composition is compatible with the Class II base oil and is not restrained by base oil supply. The composition passes the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authentication.
Using four kinds of additive packages and group III base oil developed a series of light duty diesel engine oils which meet the requirement of the ACEA sequence.According to the laboratory test results,two outstanding performance additive packages were selected,and the high temperature detergency of the oils developed by these two additive packages was evaluated.The best performance formulation oil was applied to the road test,the results showed that the retention of TBN,anti-oxidation and anti-wear performances can meet the requirement of oil change up to 10000 km for light duty diesel engine.
The present status and development trend of low speed two-stroke marine engines in China and abroad are introduced.The latest technology of the Wartsila and MAN B&W marine engines and the test benches for evaluating marine engine oil by overseas petroleum corporations,such as Exxon Mobil,Total,Shell are described.It is emphasized that the development of marine engine oil should be in close connection with the development of marine engine technology.It is significant for oil company to cooperate with marine engine manufacturers(OEM) to obtain the oil products certification.
Antaibao Open Pit Coal Mine,which uses the advanced coal mining equipments at home and abroad in open pit coal mine industry and washing coal industry,is one of the super-large open pit coal mines in the world.Lubricants used in coal mining equipments mainly include diesel engine oil,hydraulic oil,gear oil,etc.To meet the demand of Pingshuo Coal Company on lubricant,PetroChina Lubricant Company signed "Lubricant Strategic Cooperative Agreement" with Pingshuo Coal Company on the localization of diesel engine oil used in coal mining equipments.After passing the field comparative tests on serviceability carried by Pingshuo Coal Company,KunLun diesel engine oil will be used widely.The field tests showed that KunLun diesel engine oil possesses excellent performances and high performance-price ratio,with a great market value to popularize.Now,KunLun diesel engine oil has been used in coal mining equipments widely.
The lubricating character of light duty diesel engine is described.Comparing to the heavy duty diesel engine,the smaller volume of oil tank induces more lubricating power load per litre,resulting in more lubricating oil circulation and higher thermal load and mechanical load.And the development of ACEA category and evaluation system for light duty diesel engine oil are also discussed.From the appearance of light duty diesel specification in 1983 to now,it has been revised many times.The performance of lubricant has 3 test standards: Passenger Car Direct Injection Diesel Engine Ring Sticking and Piston Cleanliness Test,Oil Dispersion Test at Medium Temperature for Automobile Diesel Engine as well as The Evaluation of Engine Crankcase Lubricants with Low Temperature Lubricant Thickening and Wear under Severe Operating Condition.At last,the possibility of developing diesel car in China and the current products in Chinese market are shown.The research work of the bench test establishment for light duty diesel engine oil in PetroChina is also presented.
通过对1135发动机的喷油提前角、喷油嘴、机油油路以及活塞环间隙等方面的调整、改进,选择适当的试验条件,以不同质量级别的试验油样,考察发动机烟炱的生成以及烟炱对油品粘度、磨损的影响。另外,还考察了不同质量级别油品的高温清净性。结果表明,不同质量级别的油品在以上三个方面有明显的区别,相同质量级别的油品各项性能相当,说明在改装的发动机上所进行的试验以及烟炱的生成条件能满足对油品多项性能的评价。
The quality characteristics of API SJ gasoline engine oil are described.The SJ 10W/40 gasoline engine oil has been developed by adding the compound agent and hydrocracking base oil. The quality of formulated oil can meet the requirements of API specification.
