莪术醇是莪术油的最有效成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒及抗菌消炎的作用.莪术油临床主要用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病和癌症等,但有一定的不良反应,因此提取自莪术挥发油中的莪术醇日益成为研究热点.现有研究表明,莪术醇对体外肿瘤细胞及移植瘤小鼠肿瘤有明显的抑制作用,抗癌机制可能与抑制肿瘤细胞的生长及RNA的合成、增强机体特异性免疫、产生明显的免疫保护作用有关.本文对莪术醇的抗癌作用进行了总结,为其作为潜在抗癌药的基础和临床研究提供参考.
目的 制备雄黄乳膏,观察其治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效.方法 将雄黄利用水飞法进行炮制,采用乳剂型基质制成O/W型乳膏剂;以阿昔洛韦乳膏为对照组,共治疗带状疱疹患者200例,观察其临床疗效.结果 雄黄乳膏制备工艺和质量控制方法可行;雄黄乳膏组临床观察总有效率为93%,起效时间和治愈时间较短,不良反应少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 雄黄乳膏制剂工艺科学合理,使用方便,疗效比阿昔洛韦更优,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To establish the traumatic brain injury(TBI)model in canis,and monitor the variations of topical biochemical substances by intracranial microdialysis.Methods Nine healthy adult male mongrel canines were randonmized into three groups:mild TBI group(n=3),severe TBI group(n=3),and control group(n=3).The model was established by the method of free falling body extradural hitting.The extracellular fluid(ECF)was collected by using the intracranial microdialysis.Then the content variations of Glucose,Lactic Acid and Glycerol in the collected dialysate were detected.Results The contents of glucose reduced after traumatic brain injury,which changed significantly in 5.5 h and 6 h(P0.01),then recovered slowly.On the contrary,the change of lactic acid reached the maximal value in 5.5 h after injury(P0.05),especially the severe TBI group.The content of Glycerol increased slowly in 6 h but without statistical significance(P0.05).Conlusions Microdialysis monitoring the content variations of Glu and Lac in ECF after traumatic brain injury can judge the state and prognosis of traumatic brain injury.
Application of sustainable microdialysis technique in vivo measurement of brain extracellular fluid concentration of biochemical substances has developed from animal experiments to clinical research.At home and abroad in recent years the microdialysis technique was used for subarachnoid hemorrhage patients,such as cerebral venous thrombosis of intracranial venous drainage caused by obstacles,to study cerebral vasospasm, cerebral ischemia or delayed ischemic neurological dysfunction when the extracellular fluid of biochemical material changes in excitatory amino,energy metabolites, glycerol and NO metabolites,This paper summarized these clinical research data.
