试验比较了登海605和郑单958的灌浆特性.结果表明:登海605的灌浆时间长于郑单958,灌浆速率显著大于郑单958;登海605的穗行数、行粒数、千粒重均显著高于对照品种郑单958;登海605平均单产较郑单958增产12.1%.
Six stages were divided on the base of morphological changes in the process of flower bud differentiation of Gentiana manshurica Kitagawa.They are undifferentiation stage,predifferentiation stage,sepal primordia differentiation stage,petal primordia differentiation stage,stamen primordia differentiation stage and pistal primordium differentiation stage.From the end of May to the end of June,the flower bud differentiation was completed and it lasted about 30 days.The number of the stem nodes(10~11) may be used as a mark of the initiation of flower bud differentiation of G.manshurica Kitagawa.There are no correlation obviously between the plant altitude and flower bud differentiation.
The pollen morphology of Gentiana manshurica and it's two varieties G. scabra and G. triflora were observed by SEM. The results showed that the pollens of them were all long ovalshaped and the length of poler axis was 41. 39-38.06μm. The pollen is moderate pollen. Gentiana including it's varieties and G. triflora. The first pollen surface sculpture is pitted and the second is crestiform. There are great difference among in the hole diameter of the pollens of G. scabra which has smooth poroid surface sculpture. The results also indicate the surface sculpture observation provide scientific basis for classification. The pollen characteristic of the cultivated G. manshurica broad - leaved proved that it may be a hybrid of G. manshurica and G. scabra.
