In order to research the relationship between the sulfur content and inner quality of tobacco leaves in Fujian tobacco grow-ing areas. We choose 758 tobacco samples and research the appearance quality, the chemical components, physical characteristics and the sensory quality. The results show that:for tobacco appearance quality, identity and oil are negatively correlated with sulfur content;and for chemical components, nicotine content in tobacco leaves is significantly positively correlated with sulfur content, while potassium content is positively correlated;and for physical characteristics, thickness is significantly negatively correlated with sulfur content;and for sensory evaluation quality, aroma, mixed gas, stimulation score are negatively related to sulfur content in Fu-jian. Finally, we determine that the most suitable sulfur content of Fujian tobacco leaves is 0.41%~0.70%.
Starch,as an important influence factor of tobacco quality,has been a hot research topic of tobacco. Aiming at the present research on flue-cured tobacco starch at home and abroad and the domestic issue of higher starch content,the paper summarized the influence factors of starch content in flue-cured tobacco leaves from the aspects of environmental factors and agronomic measures,and illuminated the correlation between starch content of flue-cured tobacco and appearance quality,physical properties,chemical composition and sensory quality evaluatio,also analyzed the present measures to reduce flue-cured tobacco starch content,and discussed the starch content reducing system formed by combining relative techniques. Finally,the paper previewed the research on molecular breeding of flue-cured tobacco with low starch content and starch physiology.
为了解决目前各地晒黄烟烟叶调制和烟叶质量受不良天气条件影响较大的问题,在本试验中以广西贺州当地传统夹晒方式为对照,比较了不同晒制方式处理的烟叶的经济性状、外观质量和感官评吸质量。结果发现,常规晒制方式处理的晒黄烟经济效益最高,其次是“棚内夹晒”方式;常规晒制方式处理的晒黄烟外观质量最好,其次是“棚内索晒”和“棚内夹晒”;而“雨天盖膜索晒”“棚内夹晒”“棚内索晒”3种处理晒制的烟叶的感官评吸质量得分均高于常规晒制方法,其中“雨天盖膜索晒”处理的烟叶感官评吸质量最高,其次是“棚内夹晒”。以上结果表明,在天气条件不适时,“棚内夹晒”是广西贺州晒黄烟调制可选方式之一。
试验比较了登海605和郑单958的灌浆特性.结果表明:登海605的灌浆时间长于郑单958,灌浆速率显著大于郑单958;登海605的穗行数、行粒数、千粒重均显著高于对照品种郑单958;登海605平均单产较郑单958增产12.1%.
