《化工原理》是化工类专业的核心专业基础课程,作者通过对该课程进行模块化双语教学后,按人才培养方案修订、课程内容重组到教材选择、课堂教学实施,教学效果反馈等教学工作的各个方面对该课程双语模块化教学进行了探讨,同时为其他课程进行双语模块化改革提供了参考.

Leaking accidents were found in three waste heat recovery boilers of a petrochemical enterprise on their sulfur recovery facilities whose annual production capacity were 100,000 tons and 60,000 tons respectively,as a result,the emissions from the facilities exceeded the upper limit of the sulfur content standard.The boiler on the facility with 60,000 tons annual production capacity was still in operation with the existing problems,the other two boilers were shut down for trouble hunting.The main reasons for the accidents were analyzed in the article and the treatment scheme to these accidents was discussed accordingly.
Taking a diesel hydrogenation refining unit with annual production capacity of 2 million tons as an example,the reactor layout,key points of piping design,piping supports and hangers design were elaborated in this article.The design plan for the high temperature inlet and outlet process pipelines of reactor was analyzed and optimized by stress analysis software CAESARII.The problems encountered during the design work were discussed so as to provide reference and experience for future work on similar units.
