目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)的水平的影响.方法:选择我院收治的急性脑梗死患者68例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组34例.对照组患者给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,实验组患者给予奥扎格雷钠联合使用川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB的水平以及颈内动脉粥样狭窄程度的变化和临床总有效率.结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB水平均显著降低,颈内动脉粥样硬化情况均好转(P<0.05);且与对照组相比,实验组患者血清HCY,CRP及FIB水平较低,颈内动脉粥样硬化情况较轻(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者临床总有效率较高(P<0.05).结论:奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪注射液治疗可显著提高急性脑梗死积的临床疗效,并能够降低患者颈内动脉粥样狭窄程度,其机制可能与降低血清HCY,CRP及纤维蛋白原水平有关.
when spraying robot working, it is not easy to get the width of spraying swath, the edge of spraying swath and the duplication and leakage dimension and the robot and the towing carriage can not be seen after test .in this paper, the robot and the towing carriage can were made to run along the tracing curve made of real position data from test with spline editor in ADAMS, in this way the motion of the robot and the towing carriage, spraying role and the spraying duplication and leakage area were shown; what’s more, geodesic distance of locus of adjacent spraying swath’s margin and others can be used in quantitative calculation in order to assess the effect of the test ,and meanwhile data can be exported in the form of graph and holden in the form of file.
Objective:To study t11e prevention and health care effect of Oxygen-enriched fluid on people.Methods:In order to monitor the change 0f main parameters,such as venous blood oxygen saturation.etc.before and after drinking,60 volunteers were divided into two groups at random.The volunteers who drank water sold in the market were in Group A,and those who drank Oxygen-enriched fluid were in Group B.Results:The venous blood oxygen saturation in Group B was significantly greater than that in Group A(P<0.01)at 60 min after drinking.Conclusion:Taking Oxygen-enriched fluid orally can effectively improve blood oxygen pressure,enhance the penetrability of oxygen,promote microcirculation and adjust the inner-environment of human body.Therefore,it has a better prevention and health care effect on HIE diseases.
In the normal measurements for atomization performance of nozzle with digital image processing, it is not easy to matching the same droplet in different images. In order to solve this problem, a new droplet matching method based on droplet neighborhood probability is given in the paper. The experiment shows that this method can realize matching the same droplet in different frames automation. At the same time, this method runs quickly and the result from this way is accuracy.
On account of factors such as the inconsistency of two electromotor, robot would not run around the planed trace, so fuzzy control is used to change rotate speed of two wheels in real time eliminating phenomenon mentioned above, when robot run away from the designed trace., this method can enhance robot’s running linearity. By virtue of simulation using MATLAB, we see good result of this method.

By using the technology of Kalman filter, the GPS/DR combination navigation system can improve other disadvantage of navigation technique in agriculture robots. In order to solve the problems in control of the mowing robot in its avoiding stumbling bock, The method of fuzzy control with path layout is used based on the distance measure sensors .The disposal of the system of ultrasonic sensors and infrared sensors is given. The results of the experiments of the mowing robot in control of its avoiding stumbling bock through VC++ programmer show that the method is agile and steady.
Due to the complicated barriers it is difficult to track the path of the mowing robot and to avoid barriers. In order to solve the problem a method based on distance measuring sensors and fuzzy control was proposed. Its track was composed of beelines and easy to tail. The fuzzy control inputs were based on the front barrier distance and the difference between the left and right barrier distance measured by ultrasonic sensors; the output was the direction angle. The infrared sensors around the robot improved its safety in avoiding barriers. The results of the experiments of the mowing robot in control of its avoiding barriers showed that the method was feasible, agile and stable. The distance between the robot and barriers could be changed through altering the inputs and outputs of fuzzy control and the length of the beelines.The sensors disposed can fulfil the need of robot’s avoiding barriers.
目的:建立高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)监测苯妥英钠血药浓度的方法。 方法:色谱条件:分离柱:Nova-PakC18 (3.9mm×150mm),流动相:甲醇-水(59 :41),检测波长:254nm。结果:苯妥英 钠在4.2~65.4μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈 良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),日内及日 间误差均小于6%,平均回收率达98. 8%。结论:本法操作简单、准确,可用于 苯妥英钠血药浓度的监测。
