目的:通过对遵化市小学生骨密度检测,了解学生骨密度不足的现况及其及影响因素,为指导儿童期骨健康及正常生长发育提供依据.方法:以遵化市某小学1-4年级学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、体格检查收集资料.单因素分析不同特征的学生骨密度不足的检出率;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,筛选影响小学生骨密度不足的影响因素.结果:小学生骨密度不足的检出率为18.79%,女性及年龄大的学生检出率高于男性及年龄小的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、维生素D营养补充剂及理想饮食与小学生骨密度不足有关.结论:女性、年龄大、半年内未服用维生素D、理想饮食的学生骨密度不足的检出风险增大.
目的:通过测定戴用不同全冠修复体患者的龈沟液量及其中肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平及其动态水平,探讨不同全冠修复材料对牙周组织的影响,为临床全冠修复材料的选择提供科学依据。方法采集2013年1~7月在唐山市口腔医院进行全冠修复患者1个月后和修复3个月的龈沟液,分为镍铬烤瓷、钴铬烤瓷、二氧化锆(国产)和二氧化锆(进口)全瓷冠修复组,每组10人,共80人,并以患者对侧对应正常牙为对照,测定GCF的量以及其中TNF-α的量。结果修复1个月和3个月后,镍铬烤瓷、钴铬烤瓷、二氧化锆全瓷(国产)和二氧化锆全瓷(进口)各组的GCF的量及TNF-α与对照相比,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。修复1个月后和修复3个月后,不同修复材料之间GCF的量以及TNF-α的量,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。同种修复材料修复3个月后和1个月后相比,镍铬烤瓷和钴铬烤瓷GCF的量以及其中TNF-α的量均增高,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05);二氧化锆全瓷(国产)组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二氧化锆全瓷(进口)组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),修复3个月后与修复1个月后2个指标均有下降差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论4种不同修复材料修复后均对牙周组织存在的刺激作用;不同修复材料对牙周组织的影响存在差异;镍铬烤瓷和钴铬烤瓷对牙周组织刺激作用持续增强,进口全瓷冠对牙周的刺激作用随时间延长减小。

[Objective]To understand the nature of the two enterprises dust control measures the status quo,in order to explore pneumoconiosis prevention and control measures to control the incidence of pneumoconiosis provide a basis for development.[Methods]According to the different nature of the enterprise throughout the country to select 2 industries as a corporate research and data collection requirements,one coal mine enterprises was Duerping coal mine which was in Shanxi province named mine A,and another was Jinchangyu gold mine enterprises in Hebei province named mine B.The database was built with Epidata 3.0 and the data were processed by SAS for windows.[Results]Workers had poor self-protection awareness and the protective equipment was under-utilized.The enterprise didn't give more Health Education to workers,and the professional's work was poor.Furthermore,the equipment was very old.[Conclusion]The situation indicated that dust management work is very poor.The corresponding measures have to be taken in the dust management.Suggestions aimed at questions existed in the dust management might be reference for government to revise policies for dust administration.
To know the current situation of dust administration and control,and questions existed in the dust management in coal enterprises,so as to provide evidences for formulating the plan of prevention for coal workers' pneumonoconiosis.Subjects and Methods Five coal enterprises were selected as field studies by the typical sampling method.Some coal workers,occupational health personnel,dust prevention workers and dust monitor personnel were investigated by face to face questionaire and qualitative interview.Historical data were collected from the files of the five coal enterprises and pneumoconiosis diagnostic data.Database was set up in Epidata3.0,and the data were analyzed by SAS.Results With the time going,the proportion of category Ⅰpneumoconiosis gradually increased.Subjects were very aware of the dust hazard and the necessity of the measure for dust prevention while they were not very familiar with the country's law for dust control,the right for worker's health,and the supervision for dust.Among 478 Investigated coal workers,only 59.4% of people knew that firm had distributed propaganda materials.The using percentage of preventive material for the workers who exposed to dust directly was only 72.6%,and the percentage for those who use preventive material each time was less than 50%.Bad comfort of using prevention material might be the main reasons to refuse the using among workers.18.8% of employees still did not make pre-service medical examination.The devices for preventing dust were more perfect and went well,but there still had existed phenomenons that some dustproof facilities were not running.Conclusions There remained some questions that Dust hazard and dust prevention knowledge were lack of publicity,occupational health examination work was not integrity,dust control measures were inadequate,and the monitoring for the dust concentration might have some bugs.The corresponding measures have to be taken in the dust management.
