Objective To compare the clinical effects of pulmicort respules by air compressor pump atomization and oxygen drive atomization in treating infantile bronchiolitis. Methods 60 children patients with infantile bronchiolitis admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group. The two groups received the conventional therapy. The experimental group was added with bulmicort respules by air compressor pump atom-ization inhalation, while the control group used pulmicort respules by oxygen drive atomization inhalation. Results The duration of symptoms and signs, hospitalization time, respiratory rateand blood oxygen saturation had statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 );the disappearance time of wheezing, coughing, wheezing rales and moist rales, and hospitalization time after treat-ment in the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the control group ( P < 0. 05 );the respiratory rate after treat-ment in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the blood oxygen saturation was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pulmicort respules by oxgen drive atomization infantile bronchiolitis is obviously superior to pulmicort respules by air compressor pump atomization inhalation in treating inhalation and can significantly im-prove the children patient's blood oxygen saturation.
Objective To study the clinical significance of myocardial enzymes and high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T changes in infants with capillary bronchitis. Methods 78 cases of infants with capillary bronchitis treated in People's Hospital of Changli County and Maternity and Child Care Centers of Changli County from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected as observation group. According to the age, they were divided into the two groups. Observation group 1 had 40 cases, aged ≤6 months, observation group 2 had 38 cases, aged>6-24 months. 75 normal infants at the same period taken physical examination in Pediatric Clinic of Maternity and Child Care Centers of Changli County were se-lected as control group. The myocardial enzymes and high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T (hs-cTnT) levels were detect-ed and compared among the groups. Results In observation group, the incidence of abnormal myocardial enzyme [as-partate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (a-HBDH), creatine ki-nase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)] were 62.8%, 71.8%, 67.9%, 57.7%, 51.3% respectively, while the in-cidence of abnormal hs-cTnT was 74.4%; in the control group, the incidence of abnormal myocardial enzyme (AST, LDH, a-HBDH, CK, CK-MB) were 5.3%, 10.7%, 8.0%, 2.7%, 2.7% respectively, while the incidence of abnormal hs-cTnT was 1.3%;which had significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05), suggested the capillary bronchitis had myocardial enzymes, hs-cTnT changes and myocardial damage. In observation group 1, the levels of AST, LDH, a-HBDH, CK, CK-MB and hs-cTnT were (94.2±20.9) U/L, (458.4±86.3) U/L, (352.8±69.6) U/L, (438.4±94.8) U/L, (70.3±15.8) U/L and (0.035±0.006) μg/L, which in observation group 2 were (58.4±18.6) U/L, (352.6±82.7)U/L, (261.4±82.5) U/L, (346.9±98.6) U/L, (48.6±17.2) U/L and (0.020±0.003) μg/L, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), suggested that infants with capillary bronchitis aged < 6 months were more likely to suffer from myocardial en-zymes, hs-cTnT changes and myocardial damage. Conclusion The incidence of abnormal myocardial enzymes and hs-cTnT is higher in infants with capillary bronchitis, timely detection of myocardial enzymes and hs-cTnT can help for clinical comprehensive analysis, determine the illness and effective treatment.
