Through the research of the daily maintenance technology of the Malaysian SCS EMU,the possibility of optimizing the maintenance technology of the vehicle is discussed from two aspects,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the maintenance cost of the vehicle.On the one hand,it changes the traditional operation mode of module division by vehicle system,and changes to a new process maintenance process divided by operation sequence and operation position,thereby improving the operation efficiency of employees and reducing the labor cost of maintenance.On the other hand,based on the results of RAMS fault statistical analysis,the important components that affect vehicle operation are found out.In this way,the bulk procurement of spare parts can be carried out in advance,and the material cost and time cost of the procurement of parts required for vehicle repair are reduced.
通过研究马来西亚SCS动车组车辆制动系统结构组成和工作原理,运用故障模式编码管理技术,对动车组制动系统运行质量进行分析.统计数据表明,制动控制模块故障占比相对较高,因此重点对制动控制模块核心部件微机控制单元进行故障模式影响及危害性分析,并针对可能的故障原因给出建议,以此提高制动系统和整车的可靠性,优化现有制动系统检修体系.
以SCS项目车辆维保检修运用经验为基础,阐述了一种基于RAMS的维保检修技术模型的形成和实践,以期对轨道交通车辆维保检修工作的开展提供参考和借鉴.
以铰接式动车组为计算模型,详细阐述了铰接式轨道车辆轴重、轮重的计算方法和过程.首先计算出转向架上部车辆的质量和重心.其次根据单节车加载在转向架上的力情况建立计算模型,计算出加载在不同转向架二系簧上的力.然后以单个转向架为计算模型,考虑转向架所有的受力情况,计算出每个转向架的轴重.最后根据轴重和车辆重心分布情况计算出轮重.本方法简单可靠,适用于单铰和多铰动车组或其他轨道车辆的轴重、轮重分布计算,能够为整车结构设计、调试和检修维护提供较为精确的理论参考.
This paper introduces the EMU test operation reliability data source,fault level and reliability index is defined,by carrying out the reliability statistics and evaluation,found product of the weak links,and then by taking the reliability of closed management,finally achieve the reliability target.
