目的:探讨Ephrin-B3是否参与了慢性脑缺血大鼠的脑白质损害及认知功能障碍。方法选用 Wistar 大鼠48只,随机分为假手术1组、假手术2组、模型30 d组、模型60 d组。模型组组应用大鼠双侧颈总动脉永久结扎法(2VO)制备慢性前脑缺血致血管性痴呆动物模型,假手术组仅有手术过程而未行双侧颈总动脉结扎。术后30 d,采用Morris水迷宫对假手术1组及模型30 d组大鼠于手术前及手术后的逃避潜伏期时间进行检测,比较手术前后及各组间的差异。而后将2组大鼠断头取脑。部分行HE染色,部分脑组织制成匀浆,行 ELISA 检测,统量各组 Ephrin-B3的表达。术后60 d,按照上述同样的方法对假手术2组及模型2组大鼠进行处理。结果造模后30 d,模型1组大鼠水迷宫的逃避潜伏期时间与假手术1组相比差异显著(P<0.05);造模后60 d,模型2组大鼠水迷宫的逃避潜伏期时间与假手术2组相比差异显著(P<0.05),说明模型组大鼠学习记忆能力均明显降低。经HE染色,发现缺血30 d及60 d组大鼠胼胝质部位出现明显白质疏松、细胞数量减少,并出现空泡样改变。经ELISA检测,假手术1组、模型30 d组、假手术2组、模型60 d组大鼠脑内 Ephrin-B3浓度分别为(11.76±1.26) ng/ml、(12.08±1.32) ng/ml、(37.25±5.32) ng/ml、(48.65±6.88)ng/ml。模型30 d组与假手术1组Ephrin-B3表达量相比差异显著(P<0.05);模型2组与假手术2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论Ephrin-B3可能参与了慢性缺血致血管性痴呆大鼠的脑白质损害及认知功能障碍。
目的:探讨慢性缺血是否可以通过单核细胞趋化蛋白( MCP)-1介导的炎症反应加重大鼠认知功能的损害。方法选取40只健康Wistar 大鼠,随机分为模型1组、模型2组、假手术1组、假手术2组。模型组应用大鼠双侧颈总动脉永久结扎法(2VO)制备慢性前脑缺血致血管性痴呆动物模型,假手术组除颈总动脉结扎外与模型组相同。术后30 d,假手术1组及模型1组大鼠用Morris水迷宫检测手术前及手术后的逃避潜伏期,观察手术前后及各组间的差异。而后将两组大鼠取脑。将部分脑组织制成匀浆,ELISA 检测各组MCP-1的表达量。术后60 d,按照上述同样的方法对假手术2组及模型2组大鼠进行处理。结果造模后30 d,模型1组大鼠水迷宫的逃避潜伏期与假手术1组相比,差异显著( P<0.05);造模后60 d,模型2组大鼠水迷宫逃避潜伏期与假手术2组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。假手术1组、模型1组、假手术2组、模型2组大鼠脑内MCP-1浓度分别为(1.58±0.21)ng/ml、(8.15±1.92)ng/ml、(1.66±0.29)ng/ml、(7.96±1.56)ng/ml。模型1组与假手术1组 MCP-1表达量相比,差异显著(P<0.05);模型2组与假手术2组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 MCP-1可能通过其介导的炎症反应参与慢性缺血致血管性痴呆大鼠的认知功能损害。
Objective To introduce the application of Cytospin4 cell-centrifugation-smear machine in the diagnose of acute lymphoblastic leukemia incorporating with meningeal leukemia. Method 142 patients who accorded with the standard were studied,And their cerebrospinal fluid was executed smear,staining,microscopy. Results Only 10 cases were positive in the 142 cases after chemical therapy. Conclusion We can find lymphoblast and prolymphocyte by using Cytospin4 cell-centrifugation-smear machine even in the condition which the cell count was normal in the cerebrospinal fluid.

Objective To detect and observe 120 patients with iron deficiency anemia. Method hemogram and bone marrow cytomorphology of 120 patients with iron deficiency anemia which is consistent with case internalized standard are detected. Coulter STKS automatic analysator is choosed as detection instrument. Histochemistry is iron stain. Results Hemoglobin degrade in different degree in patients with iron deficiency anemia, much menstrual blood volume, haemorrhoids. In bone marrow cytomorphology erythrocytic series proportion is higher,nucleus and cytoplasm development imbalance are saw. Conclusion Mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration are low,nucleus and cytoplasm development imbalance is saw in bone marrow cytomorphology,iron stain is low.
