根据美国ABET工程技术认证标准,结合上海市高校图学教学发展方向和上海电机学院专业特色,对照美国普渡大学的同名课程与工程教育专业认证的毕业要求,在传统《机械制图》的基础上,开展同名课程教学改革.改革体现了以达到ABET认证为导向,对推动普通高校教育认证,培养适应区域发展和国际化需求的工程技术人才的教学目标提供必要参考.
介绍了一种步态机器爬杆运动,此运动是主要由上手臂、下手臂、上手部、下手部、臂部转动电机、腕部转动电机、夹持驱动电机相互配合来实现臂部关节步态翻越,腕部关节俯仰及手指对所爬杆件的夹持完成.实现该运动方式的结构简单,运动分级协调,工作稳定性高,能够快速攀爬各种弧度的杆体且能够翻越障碍物,适合用于实施对圆柱、类圆柱塔类建筑、工程设备的安装、检修、拆卸等工作,综合效益高.
The crane reel is generally manufactured by section welding method when the diameter is over 380mm. With the cumulative fatigue damage principle which is based on stress S-N curve, the fatigue damage of one crane reel is analyzed by finite element method, the reel weld fatigue strength and fatigue life are calculated, and the simulation results are proved to be reliable. This method provides an efficient reference for crane reel design and residual life estimation.
Based on analysis of vehicle front lamp cleaner working principle and requirements of nozzle performance, a new structure of cleaner nozzle is proposed, meanwhile combined with the computational fluid dynamics simulation method, the simulations are carried out to verify the new nozzle’s performance in different conditions. Finally, the nozzle structure parameters are optimized.
针对现有绘图桌笨重且占地面积大等缺陷,对绘图桌进行了创新优化设计,使绘图桌具有可折叠、携带方便等多种功能,改善制图专用教室紧张的状况.
To analyze the working principles and functional requirements on nozzles of vehicle lamp cleaner,the structural design rules are proposed based on several low-pressure nozzle experiments.By integrating the empirical coefficient method and experimental analysis,the calculation methods are developed for structural parameters.In so doing,this approach provides a reference to the nozzle design for vehicle lamp cleaners.
The three-dimensional CAD modeling and analysis technique of CNC Cylindrical Grinder is studied; Virtual design process and motion simulation method of CNC Cylindrical Grinder are proposed. This method is based on Bottom-up design technology, and combined with the structure character of Grinder, the method divides the structure module reasonably, which can achieve the virtual design of the entire grinder based on the modular sub-assembly and solve the difficulties of large number of parts calculation and simulation. The study has shown that virtual design technology can greatly improve design efficiency and improve the design quality effectively. The proposed method can precisely calculate the motion parameters and improve calculation speed.
This paper designs an scientific experimental paradigm of brain computer interface based on spontaneous electroencephalography which is produced by motor imagination and used as the control signal.This design is easy-realized and can collect the identifiable spontaneous EEG which has some features after processed.It meets the requirements of BCI experiment and supplies a more natural and practical control mode for BCI research.
In this paper,the related research at home and abroad of multi-sensor techniques and data fusion techniques of mechanical arms on space robot are introduced.The solution of pose estimation of the object was proposed by using the multi-sensor data fusion.The approach of data fusion and improvements of fusion accuracy has positive influences in the research of mechanical arms on space robot.
This in vitro study investigated the effect of dental surface treatments on the seal of porcelain and resin laminate veneers to tooth structure. Nine groups of 20 teeth were prepared for labial veneers—six groups with the apical margin of the veneer in dentin, two groups with the veneer wholly bordered by enamel, and one group with the apical margin coincident with the apical margin of a previously placed glass ionomer restoration. The teeth were treated with a variety of dentin-bonding agents prior to restoration of eight groups with porcelain veneers and one group with Visio-Gem microfilled resin veneers. After placement, the veneers were stored in water for 4 days, then subjected to thermocycling before silver staining and sectioning. Results showed no leakage around the margins of the veneers wholly bordered by enamel. Complete leakage was found around the glass ionomer restorations, and nearly total leakage was found along the resin-dentin interface of the resin veneers. The porcelain veneers that extended onto dentin showed variable but limited leakage for four of five of the dentin-bonding treatments.
