为提高冬桃果实品质,探讨能够显著提高冬桃果实品质的适宜钙处理组合,对冬桃喷施不同浓度和次数的氯化钙及对果实浸不同浓度的氯化钙试验,之后对其果实各项生理指标进行测定.结果表明,喷钙、浸钙处理均能显著提高冬桃果实品质.其中,浸钙处理效果更好,且随浸钙浓度的增大可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、硬度有增加的趋势,而可滴定酸含量有递减的趋势,经试验结果及综合因素考虑,浸4%氯化钙最为经济和有效.
以石榴种子作为研究材料,采用不同浓度(0、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%)的秋水仙素浸泡不同时间(12、24、48 h),并对处理过的种子进行相关指标的测定.结果 表明,一定浓度的秋水仙素处理对石榴种子有影响,表现在秋水仙素浓度越低,其发芽率越高;0.2%秋水仙素处理24h最有利于石榴种子的染色体加倍;0.2%秋水仙素处理48 h对大籽石榴的出苗率最有利.由结果可知,经一定浓度秋水仙素处理的种子,与未经秋水仙素处理的种子相比,其发芽、幼苗生长的效果较好.
该文以现今较为普及的果蔬贮藏保鲜技术分类为切入点,较为系统地分析了我国果蔬贮藏保鲜技术中存在的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战,并以此为依据提出了以果蔬冰温保鲜技术、鲜切果蔬保鲜技术和果蔬一次性气调保鲜技术等技术为主的研究现状与发展趋势.
为掌握喷施氯化钙的最佳浓度以及次数对冬桃果实生理指标的影响,以期为今后的科学研究提供理论依据,同时还可以提供更多的技术支持,以冬桃作为材料,给冬桃喷施氯化钙,分为不同浓度,且喷施多次,之后分别测定其果实的品质,最后,通过测定结果来对冬桃果实生理指标受氯化钙的影响进行深入的研究和分析,探讨能够增加果实品质及延长贮藏期的合理喷肥浓度.试验结果显示,对冬桃进行钙肥的喷施之后,可以提高冬桃果实的品质,让果实风味更符合大众口味.本次试验结果发现,当给冬桃喷施浓度为0.4%的氯化钙,且仅喷施1次的时候,冬桃果实的相关生理指标达到最佳状态.
以大蒜、石榴、豌豆等的根尖细胞(或茎尖细胞)为试验材料,进行常规临时压片,并按照取材时间、是否预处理以及解离方法的不同进行对比试验.结果表明:大蒜、豌豆的根尖细胞压片适宜的程序是:取材→预处理→固定→解离→染色及压片→染色体观察.石榴的根尖细胞压片程序基本相同,不同的是其解离需较长的时间,尤其是茎尖细胞压片解离时间则要更长一些.
为找出能够显著改善冬桃叶片生理指标的氯化钙最佳浓度值和喷施次数,以便为以后的冬桃栽培技术提供技术支持,因此试验选用冬桃作为材料,通过对冬桃喷施浓度各异的氯化钙实施不同的喷施次数,然后对冬桃的MDA、叶绿素含量以及干鲜重比等指标进行检测,以分析各因素之间的关系.试验结果显示,对冬桃叶片喷施浓度为0.2%,喷施次数为2次时,能够显著改善冬桃叶片的生理指标;氯化钙使叶片的MDA含量明显降低,有利于促进冬桃叶绿素含量的提高,但对叶片干鲜重比影响不明显.

[Objective] To explore the reasonable fertilizer concentration that can increase the fruit quality.[Method] With 'Yunongtow' peach varieties as experimental material,the effect of spraying calcium fertilizer on the physiological indexes of'Yunongtow' peach fruit were analyzed through spraying different concentrations and different number of calcium chloride.[Result]With CaCl2concentration increased,solu-ble solid content,soluble sugar content and hardness increased,but acid content decreased.[Conclusion]The first time 0.3% CaCl2was the best treatment.
Taking theleaves of peach dwarfing rootstockYunong no. 1 as experimental materials, the effects of 2,4-D concentration, lightillumination on callus induction were studied. The results showed that the callus induction rate increased with the increase of 2,4-D concentration in the range of 0 mg·L-1~2.0 mg·L-1. The callus induction rate declined when 2,4-Dwas higher than 2.0 mg·L-1 and it got the highest value under the medium of MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg·L-1 and dark condition.Alternative subculture of MS+1.0 mg·L-12.4-D and WPM+1.0 mg·L-12.4-D can realize the long-term subculture of peach TN2 and TN3, and maintain the vigorous growth.
为研究豫矮砧1号的矮化机理,以豫矮砧1号和毛桃不同生长时期(6,8,9月)的叶片为材料,运用双向电泳技术分析差异表达的蛋白。结果表明:添加硫脲的裂解液提取蛋白效果较好,以90μg蛋白上样量进行双向电泳,背景少、蛋白质斑点清晰、重复性高;用Image Master 2D软件对图谱进行分析,在豫矮砧1号6,8,9月份材料的2-DE图谱上分别检测到557,554,441个蛋白点,在毛桃6,8,9月叶片材料的2-DE图谱上分别检测到548,529,427个蛋白点;检测出16个差异表达蛋白,其中12个蛋白在豫矮砧1号6月份材料中特异表达,3个蛋白在豫矮砧1号8月份材料中特异表达,1个蛋白在豫矮砧1号和毛桃8,9月份叶片中均有不同水平的表达。

The stem segments of the dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1 was disinfected by 75%alcohol, NaClO and HgCl2 to discuss the reasonable and effective disinfection methods. The results indicated that the disinfection effect of 75%alcohol and HgCl2 was better than 75%alcohol and NaClO. The best method is 75%alcohol 30s and 0.15%HgCl2 9 minutes.
为探寻能够显著提高叶片生理指标的合理钙肥浓度,以桃新品系黄水蜜为试材,对黄水蜜的叶片喷施不同浓度和次数的氯化钙肥,并测定其叶绿素含量、干鲜质量比和 MDA 含量。结果表明,喷施氯化钙能显著提高叶片的叶绿素含量,能够显著降低叶片的 MDA 含量,对叶片干鲜质量比影响不显著。
Taking original culture buds of‘Peach dwarf Yunong No.1rootstock'as explants,MS as basic medium,different concentration 6-BA and IBA were configured.The experiment was carried out by looking for the suitable proliferation medium of‘Peach dwarf Yunong No.1rootstock'rapid propagation system,as a basis for establishing the‘Peach dwarf Yunong No.1rootstock'rapid propagation system.The results showed that the best proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 0.3mg/L,which not only the culture seedling could be ensured,but also the highest proliferation multiples could be ensured,which was 2.33.
Explants of ' dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1 ' stem segments were cultured in vitro to select the most suitable initial culture.The MS was selected as the basic culture,plus different contents of IBA and 6-BA.By screening of different complete medium,and seeking the suitable initial culture which could improve germination rate of ' dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1 ',to establish the basis for peach ' dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1 ' rapid propogation system.The results showed that:the most suitable initial culture in the fast reproduction system was MS + 1.6 mg/L 6-BA + 0.4 mg/L IBA,and the bud induction was rising with the increase of the contents of hormone in the scope with IBA 0.1-1.0 mg/L,6-BA 0.8-1.6 mg/L.In a word,the most suitable medium for the bud induction of stem segments was MS+1.6mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA.
The pollen of Prunnus salicina Linn cultivars‘Xinshiji',‘Shiyuanzaosheng' and‘Aolil4' were radiated by ~(60)Co-γand their germination rates were determined.The results showed that different dose ratios of ~(60)Co-γhad a significant effect on the pollen germination rate of different Prunnus Linn cultivars.The highest pollen germination rate of Prunus salicina Linn.‘Xinshiji' and‘Aolil4' was obtained after the pollen was radiated by 0.6 Gy/min dose rate. However,the pollen germination rate decreased with the increase of irradiation dose rate.The highest pollen germination rate of shiyuanzaosheng was obtained after the pollen radiated by 1.2 Gy/min dose rate.There was a similar effect of different dose ~(60)Co-γradiating on the pollen germination rate of different Prunnus Linn cultivars.The highest pollen germination rate of Prunus salicina Linn.‘Xinshiji',‘Shiyuanzaosheng',‘Aolil4 was the pollen radiated by 20 Gy dose.Moreover,the pollen germination rate decreased with the increase of irradiation dose.The higher pollen germination rate of Prunus salicina Linn.was obtained after the pollen was radiated by lower dose and dose rate ~(60)Co-γand the pollen was used for interspecific hybridization.
以桃品种秋蜜红、秋甜、油桃为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了基因型、剂量率、剂量等因素对60Co-γ辐射后桃花粉发芽率的影响.结果表明:不同桃品种花粉发芽率在不同剂量、剂量率60Co-γ辐射后当天达到最高值;影响桃花粉发芽率因素的主次关系依次为品种>剂量率>剂量;不同桃品种秋蜜红、秋甜、油桃最佳辐射量分别为50、150和300 Gy,剂量率3个品种均为0.6 Gy/min.
