线上线下融合发展的社区团购模式凭借补贴价格吸引了众多消费者,并对线下生鲜市场造成一定冲击.本文基于2016-2020年国内30个省市的面板数据,从影响机制的异质性和空间特征等方面,探究了社区团购与线下生鲜价格波动之间的关系.研究表明:社区团购的发展会在一定程度上抑制生鲜价格的波动,且这种影响具有空间溢出效应;社区团购通过需求和供给两条传导路径对生鲜价格波动产生影响,需求端的传导强度要高于供给端,即社区团购会迅速影响线下生鲜需求,并进一步抑制生鲜价格波动,但对于生鲜规模化的影响具有一定的滞后性.
近年来,数字金融发展迅速,绿色金融工具的广泛应用有助于缓解碳排放的压力,为实现"双碳"目标提供了现实方案.基于30个省(区、市)2011-2019年面板数据,检验数字金融对碳排放的影响及作用机制.研究发现:数字金融对碳排放具有明显的直接效应,并通过优化产业结构对碳排放产生间接效应;且直接效应在中东部地区显著,在西部地区不显著;间接效应均不显著,其中在中东部表现为遮掩效应.最后,从促进数字金融产业发展、数字金融引导产业结构优化、区域金融发展平衡等方面提出相应对策建议.
服装行业作为中国的传统支柱产业,智能化、自动化、数字化转型势在必行.采用双案例研究方法,选取青岛酷特智能股份有限公司和报喜鸟控股股份有限公司为研究对象,通过分析两家企业数字化转型的路径,研究发现数字化转型有助于服装企业实现有效供给、智能制造.最后为传统服装企业数字化转型提出相应的对策建议.
Purpose Based on the typical service supply chain (SSC) structure, the authors construct the model of e-tailing SSC to explore the coordination relationship in the supply chain, and big data analysis provides realistic possibilities for the creation of coordination mechanisms. Design/methodology/approach At the present stage, the e-commerce companies have not yet established a mature SSC system and have not achieved good synergy with other members of the supply chain, the shortage of goods and the greater pressure of express logistics companies coexist. In the case of uncertain online shopping market demand, the authors employ newsboy model, applied in the operations research, to analyze the synergistic mechanism of SSC model. Findings By analyzing the e-tailing SSC coordination mechanism and adjusting relevant parameters, the authors find that the synergy mechanism can be implemented and optimized. Through numerical example analysis, the authors confirmed the feasibility of the above analysis. Originality/value Big data analysis provides a kind of reality for the establishment of online SSC coordination mechanism. The establishment of an online supply chain coordination mechanism can effectively promote the efficient allocation of supplies and better meet consumers' needs.
Rapid economic development has brought about the expansion of the supply chain. In the context of the demand for finance and emerging financial technology tools, supply chain finance on e-commerce platforms is developing rapidly. It not only strengthens the ability to serve the real economy, but also brings market risks caused by excessive supply chains. In the Internet era, IoT technology promotes the exchange of information, while it also has certain risk characteristics. This research implements the peaks over threshold (POT) model to investigate the value at risk (VaR) and expected loss (ES) in the supply chain of e-commerce platforms under the risk of unexpected changes in the market. The study finds that the supply chain of e-commerce platforms based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology suffers less risk in losses. The application and expansion of this technology will effectively lower the market risk of supply chain finance and better serve economic development.
当前,产业链现代化与产业基础高级化已成为我国的重大经济发展战略.河北作为传统制造业大省,正面临产业转型升级的重大机遇期.通过归纳总结河北省制造业发展的特征事实,解析数字经济推动重塑产业链的路径,进一步探索数字经济发展影响产业结构升级的微观机理,结合当前数字经济现状,划分消费平台和产业平台两种数字经济发展模式分析其对产业结构合理化与高级化的影响机制.在此基础上,结合相关案例,针对河北省制造业现状,提出创新产业政策的方向和具体建议.
课程体系是高校"新财经"教学改革的核心,也是攸关人才培养质量的着力点.以优化贸易经济专业课程设置为目标,结合已有课程体系现状,应用质量工程展开(QFD)方法进行量化分析.通过问卷调查获得专业发展需求和课程模块重要度的相关数据,经过关联矩阵计算,实现了质量目标下的专业技能模块和课程模块匹配.最后,设计出贸易经济专业课程模块学分优化分配方案.
针对当前我国网络零售平台的发展实际,基于双边市场理论,引入Hotelling模型,分析网络零售平台的市场势力和价格策略.在模型构建过程中引入交叉网络外部性、平台效用、商家服务费、平均销售价格、广告费等参数,分别以联营平台和自营平台模式为对象推导其收益函数.研究发现,购物频率和收入模式多样化与平台利润正相关,而价格因素则对平台利润影响不明显;平台利润与市场势力正相关,同时交叉网络外部性是市场势力的关键因素.最后,结合实际案例,从用户粘性、平台差异化、产业链等方面针对网络零售平台提出相应的发展建议.
近年来,平台型电子商务模式发展日益成熟,平台型经济体成为各方关注的焦点.当前,平台模式的电子商务企业表现出多元化发展趋势,电子商务平台逐渐由单一的双边市场演化为跨平台多边市场.网络效应既是平台型经济体的一个基本特征,也是影响企业竞争策略的关键因素.对平台网络效应相关研究进行梳理发现,大多针对单一平台双边市场进行数理分析,鲜少针对多元经营模式下的跨平台网络效应进行研究.本研究的边际贡献主要有两点:一是基于电子商务主平台及其从属平台的交叉网络外部性,拓展已有双边市场分析框架,分别构建联营开放电子商务平台、自营半开放电子商务平台、物流电子商务平台、金融电子商务平台四种模式下的多边市场收益模型,并讨论各种商业模式下的平台定价与利润;二是通过案例研究,分析验证平台网络效应动态演化路径,并给出企业在不同演化阶段的核心竞争战略.研究结果表明,交叉网络效应会削弱企业对平台的控制力,而实施跨平台战略可以分散网络效应,实现网络效应红利的内部化;先发平台的网络效应扩散有助于企业跨界进入相关产业领域;多元经营战略可使平台获得更大定价空间.此外,处于不同演化阶段的电子商务平台其网络效应与核心战略也有所不同,成长期的平台注重用户数量,成熟期的平台重视平台质量建设,分化期的平台实施平台包络战略.

In recent years, the research on supply chain finance has been mature, in the supply chain financial risk research, the research on credit risk is mostly. However, there is little research on online supply chain finance, especially on credit risk. Therefore, this article has carried on the detailed research to the commercial bank online supply chain financial credit risk assessment. Firstly, the article applies the literature induction method to review the supply chain financial credit risk indicators, add the “online” specific indicators to supplement, combine the indicators selection principle to determine the final indicators, and construct the commercial bank online supply chain financial credit risk assessment index system, select online The supply chain financial business carried out the concentrated SMEs in the automobile manufacturing industry as the research object, using the nonlinear LS-SVM model for empirical analysis, and compared with the logistic regression model results. Secondly, the designed index system can effectively evaluate credit risk. The classification accuracy of LS-SVM evaluation model is higher than that of Logistic regression model and it has strong generalization ability. It can comprehensively identify the credit risk of small and medium-sized financing enterprises, and provide a reasonable and scientific analysis and support tool for assessing SME credit risk. Finally, combined with the fierce competition background of supply chain finance, it is proposed that commercial banks should actively carry out online supply chain finance, comprehensive risk management and deepen cooperation with e-Business platforms and logistics platforms.
In this paper , we propose a hybrid discrete artificial bee colony ( HDABC ) algorithm for solving the hybridflow-shop scheduling(HFS)problems.In the hybrid algorithm, each solution is coded by a job-permuta-tion mechanism .Four neighborhood structures are designed .The employed bees are assigned to each solution in the population set , to complete the local search task with a detailed designed local search approach .Onlooker bees randomly fetch two updated solutions and select the better one as the current solution , and then complete a further exploitation process .The scouts help the algorithm jump out of the local best by applying three different approaches .Then, the proposed algorithm is tested on the 34 identical parallel machines HFS and two un-related parallel machines HFS problems .The performance comparisons with other efficient algorithms are provided .It is concluded that the proposed algorithm is competitive to the compared existing algorithms for the problem consid -ered, in terms of searching quality , diversity, robustness and convergence ability .
Based on the determinants of industry chain governance in GVC theory,the E-commerce industry chain can be divided into such four patterns as level-oriented,leader-oriented,module-oriented and relation-oriented from three dimensions. While based on the investigation of more than 100 domestic E-commerce companies,E-commerce platforms can be divided into six types of ownership. Considering the immaturity of the development of this industry and the lack of real market-oriented operation pattern in E-commerce industry,and combined with the real case in E-commerce platform,the authors carry out a comparative analysis on the vertical relation governance patterns of E-commerce platform. It shows that the differences in platform ownership and the enterprises’own strategic choices will determine the operational pattern of the industrial chain and the characteristics of E-commerce platform. The advantages of leader-oriented and level-oriented governance patterns are the control on the quality of products and service;but these patterns are not beneficial to the expansion of the platform,and these patterns are suitable to vertical E-commerce. Module-oriented and relation-oriented patterns belong to the classical platform economy;they have the characteristics of dual-market;they can be easily expanded and used to cultivate more platform users;they are beneficial to the rapid growth of E-commerce enterprises;while we should pay more attention to the control on service quality in the process of platform operation.

This paper proposes a hybrid variable neighborhood search (HVNS) algorithm that combines the chemical-reaction optimization (CRO) and the estimation of distribution (EDA), for solving the hybrid flow shop (HFS) scheduling problems. The objective is to minimize the maximum completion time. In the proposed algorithm, a well-designed decoding mechanism is presented to schedule jobs with more flexibility. Meanwhile, considering the problem structure, eight neighborhood structures are developed. A kinetic energy sensitive neighborhood change approach is proposed to extract global information and avoid being stuck at the local optima. In addition, contrary to the fixed neighborhood set in traditional VNS, a dynamic neighborhood set update mechanism is utilized to exploit the potential search space. Finally, for the population of local optima solutions, an effective EDA-based global search approach is investigated to direct the search process to promising regions. The proposed algorithm is tested on sets of well-known benchmark instances. Through the analysis of experimental results, the high performance of the proposed HVNS algorithm is shown in comparison with four efficient algorithms from the literature. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. Eac h party in e-tailing service,especially the manufactures,can make more profit by constructing the coordination mechanism;they can not only improve their profit,but also reduce market risk.The optimization of coordination mechanism can be realized by adjusting such parameters as price and order quantity;and the price of e-tailing can also be controlled at a comparative low level.Holiday sale and frequent price war will destroy the whole coordination mechanism of the service supply chain,weaken the cooperation among supply chain members and reduce the total profit of the whole supply chain.E-tailing manufactures should start from the improvement of the supply chain,improve the service quality and promote the sustainable and health development of e-tailing industry.
文章为解决需求不确定环境下电子商务厂商对物质产品和物流服务产品供应的协调问题,建立了产品供应商-电子商务厂商-物流服务商组成的三级供应链模型.提出电商-产品供应商采用批发价格契约,电商-物流服务商采用收益共享契约的联合契约协调机制,分析了分散决策、集中决策和联合契约模式下供应链的协调机制.数值分析进一步验证了联合契约机制的有效性.研究结果表明,通过制定合理的契约参数可以改进供应链各成员的收益,从而实现服务供应链系统的协调.
In order to solve e-tailing service integrator's goods and logistics service coordination problem, this paper designs a supply chain model which consists of a product supplier, an e-retailer and a logistics service provider. The purpose of this model is to analyze the effectiveness of three types of supply chain contracts within the e-commerce logistics service supply chain. This article will analyze wholesale price contracts, revenue sharing contracts and quantity flexibility contracts. The models under three types of contracts are constructed to analyze the optimal decisions. In addition, the article will explain why managers in the e-commerce industry should adopt these supply chain contract approaches to increase revenues. The models described in the study could be seamlessly utilized by e-retailers and logistics service providers to maximize their revenues and profits. The results show that this model can coordinate the e-commerce logistics service supply chain by adjusting contract parameters and improve the profits of the members.
