目前国内外发布的药品价格指数相关研究普遍采用抽样数据进行编制,而且样本量偏小,导致指数难以全面真实地反映药品市场情况.本文提出药品价格综合指数,即采用综合指数法分析总体药品数据,并通过数据论证其可行性.研究结果发现:药品价格综合指数的敏感度明显优于目前国内外常用的加权平均价格指数.

Because of the existing problems in the course of hospital drug circulation such as the non-standard-ized expression of medical data , diversified expression of important drug information , and the use of vague terms or word missing , it created difficulties in the acceptance , management and inquiry of hospital drug data , as well as statis-tical analysis . In this article , based on the current status of hospital drug circulation , the key words or phrase affecting the drug information and the standardized expression rules were studied such as drug name , dosage form , specifica-tions , packaging specifications , packaging material , packaging unit , price unit , manufacturer and price , so as to promote safe medication , to strengthen drug administration and to improve the process of health informatics .

Drug composite index is a relative index reflecting the trend and degree of changes in drug prices or quantity during a certain period of time , and it is a powerful tool to predict and response to the pharmaceutical market conditions accurately. Up to now there is no comprehensive and systematic drug composite index in China. Based on the study of domestic and foreign drug-related indices , a summation of issues found in the process of preparing the drug composite index was made , which should have a certain directive significance to the further study of drug composite index.

This paper summarized the development history of the domestic cosmeceutical shops in China,and described the general characteristics of their development.In order to solve the existing problems in the cosmeceutical shop management and to speed up the development of domestic cosmeceutical shops,suggestions of the management and development strategies were proposed in this article.
