利用循环伏安法,探究了铜和聚L-甲硫氨酸在玻碳电极表面电化学聚合的最佳条件,制备了铜掺杂聚L-甲硫氨酸修饰电极.同时研究了对苯二酚在Cu-PLM/GCE表面上的电化学行为,建立了方便实用的测定对苯二酚的方法.结果显示:在pH为3.5的磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中,以240 mV/s的速率扫描,对苯二酚在修饰电极上产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,Epa=0.297 V,Epc=0.220 V.对苯二酚氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0× 10-5~2.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.0× 10-7 mol/L.对对苯二酚样品的测定分析,结果满意.
> The atomizations for ⅠA and ⅡA elements have been reported and classified into thermo-dissociation(atomization) elements (including K, Rb and Cs), the reduction ones (Ca, Sr and Ba)and the transition ones (Li,Na and Mg). In order to characterize the interference three-dimensional tables, some new terms were named in [2], which shows the mutual interferences between thermo-dissociation elements. Besides the whole rule about ionization interferences of ⅠA elements, the blocking and dissociation interferences have been found out. The dissociation interferences of ⅠA chlorides happen only when lithium is determined.
Atomizations and mutual interferences of alkali metals in flames have been studied perfectly in two dimensions. Three-dimensional studies point out a new way to further develop flame spectrometry. As an example, the method of three-dimensional tables was used to find the regionality and locality of interferences.
