临床资料 患者女,72岁.因双下肢反复溃烂半年余,伴疼痛,于2007年4月20日入院.患者自述半年前无诱因左小腿出现甲盖大溃疡,自行局部清洗无效,且发展至右小腿,破溃面逐渐增大,表面渗出伴疼痛,影响正常生活.发病以来无发热及关节痛,精神食欲略差.既往史:高血压病史2年,目前服用复方降压片控制,否认糖尿病史及药物过敏史.家族史无特殊记载.

患者男,79岁,因头枕部起肿物1年半而来我院就诊.患者1年半前发现头枕部长出一黄豆大皮疹,无痛痒.有时自行抠破,偶有流血.皮损逐渐增大,呈角样.近2个月生长迅速,肿瘤高至15 cm,因不慎摔倒,肿物折断,于我院就诊,家属考虑患者高龄并患糖尿病,拒手术治疗,仅在门诊切除肿物表面折断部分,回家休养.近2个月,肿物生长更加迅速,并伴疼痛、血性分泌物,为进一步诊疗,入住我科.患者精神饮食尚可.

报告1例臀部皮肤巨大褥疮继发鳞状细胞癌及全身转移。患者女,33岁。车祸后臀部巨大褥疮22年,继发鳞状细胞癌及双侧腹股沟淋巴结转移3个月,下腹部皮肤转移1个月,全身骨转移半个月。组织病理示高分化鳞状细胞癌。

应用额肌筋膜瓣治疗中重度上睑下垂,手术方法具有较多优点,手术效果可靠.我们应用额肌膜瓣治疗中重度上睑下垂16例,效果满意.

目的:探讨丹芎瘢痕涂膜的镇痛作用.方法:选用纯系昆明种小鼠70只,分为5组:丹芎瘢痕涂膜基质组、生理盐水组、丹芎瘢痕涂膜小剂量组、丹芎疲痕涂膜大剂量组、疤痕止痒软化膏组.采用2种方法:(1)热板法:测定各组疼痛反应时间阈值,评价药物的镇痛作用.(2)温浴法:测定尾部回缩反应时间(温浴反应的时间),评价药物的镇痛作用.结果:提高痛闽时间:丹芎瘢痕涂膜小剂量组及大剂量组在末次给药40、80 min后,小鼠出现舔后足的时间均较阴性对照组和疤痕止瘁软化膏组显著延长,作用呈量效关系.(2)延长温浴反应时间:丹芎瘢痕涂膜小剂量组及大剂量组在末次给药40、80 min后尾回缩时间的潜伏期均较阴性对照组疤痕止痒软化膏组显著延长.结论:丹芎瘢痕涂膜具有明显的镇痛作用,并具有明显的量效关系,其作用优于疤痕止瘁软化膏.

Objective:To test the effect of Danxiong Scar Coating to prevent scar proliferation.Methods:769 cases were enrolled in the research.Danxiong Scar Coating was used for research group on the scar surface to form drug membrane,uncover the membrane the next day and embrocate again,once a day for 5 months continuously.Scar tickle-relieving ointment was used for control group once a day,and continuously for 5 months.Results:(1)The patients without scar proliferation after the healing of the wounding surface in Danxiong Scar Coating treating group is 415 cases,77 cases are clearly effective,323 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 96.39%;in Scar tickle-relieving ointment autocontrol treating group is 51 cases,0 case are clearly effective,20 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 39.22%;(2)The patients with scar proliferation after the healing of the wounding surface in Danxing Scar Coating treating group is 354 cases,88 cases are clearly effective,257 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 97.46%;in Scar tickle-relieving ointement treating group is 63 cases,4 cases are clearly effective,34 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 60.32%;(3)The comparison of comprehensive effect between Danxiong Scar Coating treating group and Scar tickle-relieving ointment treating group,in the 769 cases treated by Danxiong Scar Coaing,165 cases are clearly effective,580 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 96.88%;in the 114 cases treated by Scar tickle-relieving ointment for control,4 cases are clearly effective,54 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 50.88%;(4)Comparison in 60 cases between the group cured by Danxiong Scar Coating and the blank autocontrol group,in the curing group 25 cases are clearly effective,34 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 98.33%;in the control group 0 case are clearly effective,11 cases are effective,the total effective rate is 18.33%;(5)No adverse effect occurs.In research group.Conclusions:The curative effect of Danxiong Scar Coating is obviously better than that of scar tickle-relieving ointment,It is a new kind of drug for external application,which is safe and effective for the scar of wounding surface.
