患者,女,46岁.全身角化性丘疹30年余,头皮破溃1年余.皮肤科情况:躯干四肢褐色斑块,部分中央萎缩;枕部可见18 cm×9 cm溃疡.枕部皮损组织病理检查示条索状异型肿瘤细胞;免疫组化示鳞癌.上肢皮损组织病理检查:多个角化不全柱.诊断:泛发性汗孔角化症合并枕部巨大鳞癌.给予放疗,效果可.
目的 设计并研制囊式充液抗荷服,解决现有航天员和飞行员抗荷装备——充气式抗荷服臃肿、热负荷大、反应滞后、梯度分布难以实现等问题.方法 通过力学仿真分析,进行充液抗荷管路设计,并进行充液抗荷服各部分材料的选取或研制,经过多轮设计、试穿、修改与改进,确认了充液抗荷服最终结构.结果 研制出国内首套充液抗荷服.采用囊式无袖分片式结构,裆部、臀部、膝盖部镂空;左右两侧分布充液管路与腹囊;充液为纯净水,设计充液量约为5 L.充液抗荷服外层选择伸缩率较小的面料,管路采用高强度、高伸长率、水密材料.结论 研制的囊式充液抗荷服结构合理,满足美观度、梯度加压、热负荷小等要求.
目的:研究皮瓣移植修复用于手外伤组织缺损的治疗效果.方法:经过对本院2017年3月~2018年3月收治的80例手外伤组织缺损患者临床资料展开回顾分析,随机分为两组各40例,对照组选择常规修复,观察组选择皮瓣移植修复,对比两组住院时间、手功能恢复时间以及治疗总有效率.结果:观察组住院时间与手功能恢复时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05.结论:对于手外伤组织缺损患者而言,选择皮瓣移植修复可以显著地提升疗效并缩短康复时间,值得推广应用.

例1:患者,女性,64岁,主因头顶部烫伤64年,起肿物1年,于2008年10月就诊于我科.患者自述64年前(8个月时)不慎用开水烫伤头顶部,烫伤处愈合后始终无毛发生长,中央遗留一鸡蛋大小结痂,无疼痛及渗出.
Alumina nanoparticles carrier was prepared by supersolubilizing self-assembly micelles.BET and mercury injection method were used to characterize the carrier and the influence of adhesive amount and template amount on pore character of nanometer alumina was researched.The results indicate that,when the amount of adhesive increased,surface area and bulk density increased,pore volume and pore size decreased.When the amount of template increased,pore volume and pore size increased,bulk density decreased.When template amount is greater 10 than benchmark,the surface area is 411.4 m2/g,surface area achieved maximum,less or more then this value,surface area would decrease.

The aluminum nitric,urea and polyisobutylene maleic acid triethanolamine are used as fused salts and surfactant,respectively.The supersolubility aluminium hydroxide micelle colloid is prepared via supersolubility micelle nano self-assembly method.And then aluminium hydroxide is used as precursor to synthesize nanometer alumina.Some characterization techniques,such as BET,mercury injection method,SEM,TEM,and XRD,are applied to characterize the properties of nanometer self-assembly alumina.The results indicate that the nanometer alumina particles possess conglobulation or clava shape with large pore size,uniform granularity distribution and higher purity.
患者男,79岁,因头枕部起肿物1年半而来我院就诊.患者1年半前发现头枕部长出一黄豆大皮疹,无痛痒.有时自行抠破,偶有流血.皮损逐渐增大,呈角样.近2个月生长迅速,肿瘤高至15 cm,因不慎摔倒,肿物折断,于我院就诊,家属考虑患者高龄并患糖尿病,拒手术治疗,仅在门诊切除肿物表面折断部分,回家休养.近2个月,肿物生长更加迅速,并伴疼痛、血性分泌物,为进一步诊疗,入住我科.患者精神饮食尚可.

Objective To discuss how to reduce the complications of bromhidrosis surgery with small incision and book flap.Methods 19 bromhidrosis cases with complications from operation process in recent years were analyzed.Results Operation processing would have lead to the complications such as 9 cases of flap necrosis,5 cases of hematoma,3 cases of infection of incisional wound or chasma and 2 cases of residual abnormal flavour.Conclusion We should pay attention to reduce cutting tissue,avoid repeatedly retaining incision and pressure dressing reasonably.
Alumina carrier for residue hydrogenation catalysts was prepared by supersolubilizing self-assembly micelles and structure of the carrier was characterized by SEM,BET and TG.The results indicated that nanoparticles alumina carrier had good stability,even distribution,large pore size,surface area and pore volume,high strength and lower bulk density,which conformed to characteristics of nanoparticles.
