ABSTRACT This study explored the contribution of gender, psychological resilience, acculturation, and spirituality to Asian Indian American marital satisfaction over and above demographic variables. Correlation and regression analyses were used in this study. The results indicated that together gender, psychological resilience, acculturation, and spirituality predicted marital satisfaction. The study also showed that, among the independent variables, spirituality has a unique predictive ability. Further, there was no supportive evidence that gender, psychological resilience, and acculturation can independently explain the variance in Asian Indian American marital satisfaction.
