The ternary system aluminum nitrate-nitric acidwater was studied spectrophotometrically. Acid and aluminum concentratiors are determinable by measuring absorbances at 295 m ic and 2.667 ic . This study appears worthy of evaluation as the basis of an in-line measuring system. (auth)
