With the development of the coiled tubing operation machine,the coiled tubing drag ab-rasive perforating and annulus fracturing technique was used successfully in fields.Because of the disadvantages of downhole tools and ground process,the technology can not achieve a wide-range popularization and application in the domestic.High accuracy requirements of drag abrasive perfo-rating of target layer restricted the large scale promotion application of the technology.Thus,a set of wireless coupling locator used in coiled tubing drag abrasive perforation of multistage fractu-ring was designed.It was modular designed,easily-repaired,and for general purpose.According to suspending weight change generated when the coupling locator go through the casing coupling can accurately judge the actual location of the downhole tool within the well.The well test and field application showed that the coupling locator can meet the construction requirements.
