供应商的评价选择是供应链合作关系运行的基础.合理选择供应商能在一定程度上起到整合供应链的作用,降低营运风险.文章通过对供应链供应商的选择影响因素进行分析,构建供应链供应商评价指标体系,利用模糊层次分析法对供应商选择进行综合评价,可以对供应商的综合实力进行合理判断,能够充分揭示供应商选择的内在规律,确保对供应商的选择作出正确评价.

High-end equipment manufacturing industry is one of the seven areas of the strategic new industry, according to The National Twelve-Five plan. The development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry not only affects the growth of China's economy, but also affects the strengthening of comprehensive national strength. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation about the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the existing problems, then puts forward some related countermeasures and suggestions to the development of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.

This paper,according to the connotation of industry clusters,proposes an evaluation indicators system for urban rail transit vehicles.An optimization model calculating the combination weights of indicators is proposed by maximizing the minimum distance between the evaluation values of the different industry clusters subject to the information from different weighting methods.Based on the evaluation indicators system and the combination weighting method,it makes the empirical analysis for five industry clusters.The result shows that the optimization weighting model can distinguish one evaluation object from the other better and solve the problem of discordant ranks from the different weighting methods.Furthermore the factors are determined.

In the background of urbanization and construction of low-carbon economy, city rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry has entered a stage of accelerating development. This paper is based on Michael Potter's diamond model, and adds the innovation elements combining with the specific circumstances of Chinese city rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry. It analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the industry, proposes some suggestions and measures in order to enhance the industrial competitiveness and contribution to guide the development of the industry in theory and practice.

Nowadays,the growth and development of high-tech industry proves especially strategic significance to regional and country innovation.But due to the high risk in technology innovation and investment,the industry structure changes has a greatly uncertainty.On the basis of defining the dissipative system features of high-tech industries,the paper builds multidimensional GRE model to reveal the high-tech industry development law by case study of Liaoning province.Namely,it is necessary to realize the high growth of high-tech that the whole system runs in a law-entropy situation through strongly introduction of negative entropy.The giant fluctuation of the whole high-tech industrial system always leads to mutation of itself and the system will reach more stable and orderly state.

With the proliferation, revolution and acceleration effect of global industrial science and technology, the development of industrial clusters show such features as clustering, convergence and virtualization, and network growth becomes an important path to the development of industrial clusters. Network value growth model of characteristic industry clusters are established from the two layers of network growth and value chain deepening. On the base of systematically determining the three-dimensional network layer and the three-type of value magnitude the nine kinds of network value nodes of the value chain network operating mechanism are proposed. Under the strategic linkage and linear coupling of the nine value activities, the four growth paths of network value chain such as the path of based on network collaborative are created, and their respective composition characteristics and operation mechanism are analyzed in the article.

Housing security is one of the main content of public services. According to performance every area of our country, the way and level of housing security has nothing in common with each other. In this paper, the factor analysis model is established to identify the key factors of the level of urban housing security. And then, cluster analysis model is constructed to research the regional difference of urban housing security in China. Finally, a case study of 25 cities of China is developed. The result shows that both urban fiscal capability and the capability of purchasing house have an important effect on the level of housing security. The research herein has offered the reference for decision of the governments. For the local governments, the level of urban housing security should be decided by one's own financial ability and the real demand of housing security.

Compared with traditional mode, the project management on Concurrent Engineering has many features, such as the large amount of information, more complex organizational interfaces, and more frequent conflicts and so on. In this paper, reengineerirg model of process and information was firstly established according to Concurrent Engineering theory. And matrix structure and technical support system are constructed. Finally, the integrated framework of communication management is established as the core of the project manager.
