智能移动终端的普及导致收集的时空数据中个人位置隐私、签到数据隐私、轨迹隐私等敏感信息容易泄露,且当前研究分别针对上述隐私泄露单独提出保护技术,而没有面向用户给出防止上述隐私泄露的个性化时空数据隐私保护方法.针对这个问题,提出一种面向时空数据的个性化隐私保护模型(p,q,ε)-匿名和基于该模型的个性化时空数据隐私保护(PPPST)算法,从而对用户个性化设置的隐私数据(位置隐私、签到数据隐私和轨迹隐私)加以保护.设计了启发式规则对时空数据进行泛化处理,保证了发布数据的可用性并实现了时空数据的高可用性.对比实验中PPPST算法的数据可用率比个性化信息数据K-匿名(IDU-K)和个性化Clique Cloak(PCC)算法分别平均高约4.66%和15.45%.同时,设计了泛化位置搜索技术来提高算法的执行效率.基于真实时空数据进行实验测试和分析,实验结果表明PPPST算法能有效地保护个性化时空数据隐私.
基于中国2002-2010年各省(区)市的面板数据,分别以国内发达省市和发达国家技术水平为边界,对人力资本作用于经济增长的机制进行了实证检验,并考察了人力资本作用机制的地区差异.研究结果表明:就全国整体而言,人力资本对经济增长的直接作用效果不明显,人力资本主要是通过技术创新、技术模仿间接作用于经济增长;在东部地区,人力资本对经济增长既有直接作用,又有间接作用,但间接作用不是通过技术创新而是通过技术模仿起作用;中西部地区,人力资本对经济增长的直接作用效果不明显,人力资本是通过技术创新间接作用于经济增长.
在税务系统大力推进税务稽查现代化的新形势下,只有深入推进联合稽查工作,才能有效促进税务稽查机构的扁平化、稽查方式的集约化、稽查手段的信息化和稽查作业的标准化,达到“两提高、两降低”的目标,①为构建现代税收征管体系提供保障.本文结合江苏省常州市国、地税局联合稽查工作情况,分析了其规范化、制度化、全方位的联合稽查的创新模式,并对进一步推进基层税务联合稽查工作提出了建议.
As the combinatorial optimization problem of material shipping machinery in constructing rock-fill dam is very complicated,a multi-objective nonlinear combination optimization model(MOOM) is proposed.Furthermore,weights method and penalty function are introduced to the standard particle swarm optimization with constriction factor.Along this line,a novel hybrid particle swarm algorithm(MI-HPSO) is proposed to solve the multi-objective nonlinear combination optimization problem.MI-HPSO algorithm involves less parameter and thus is much simpler,which leads to rapid speed of convergence and strong capability of global search.Finally,a case of rock-fill dam in China is studied and the experiment result shows that the MOOM model and MI-HPSO algorithm are efficient ways to solve machines combinatorial problem of material distribution in constructing rock-fill dam.

Recent years have witnessed an increasing interest in computing cosine similarity between high-dimensional documents, transactions, and gene sequences, etc. Most previous studies limited their scope to the pairs of items, which cannot be adapted to the multi-itemset cases. Therefore, from a frequent pattern mining perspective, there exists still a critical need for discovering interesting patterns whose cosine similarity values are above some given thresholds. However, the knottiest point of this problem is, the cosine similarity has no anti-monotone property. To meet this challenge, we propose the notions of conditional anti-monotone property and Support-Ascending Set Enumeration Tree (SA-SET). We prove that the cosine similarity has the conditional anti-monotone property and therefore can be used for the interesting pattern mining if the itemset traversal sequence is defined by the SA-SET. We also identify the anti-monotone property of an upper bound of the cosine similarity, which can be used in further pruning the candidate itemsets. An Apriori-like algorithm called CosMiner is then put forward to mine the cosine interesting patterns from large-scale multi-item databases. Experimental results show that CosMiner can efficiently identify interesting patterns using the conditional anti-monotone property of the cosine similarity and the anti-monotone property of its upper bound, even at extremely low levels of support.
In partial backorder inventory system, when demand is not satisfied, unmet demand would be backordered partially. Either backorder or lost sales would make the cost increase. For a buyer, it is important to decide how much inventory should be prepared. A great deal of research efforts have been devoted to it over a few decades. Previous researches always assume that the lead time is fixed parameter, and the unmet demand is backordered. However, these assumptions may not suit to the real environment. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model regarding inventory control for a buyer who employs the continuous review policy, where both the changeable lead time and the partial backordered situation are involved to help buyers make right decisions. We adopt more reasonable assume that the lead time is changeable and unmet demand is backordered partially. Furthermore, the optimal inventory level, order quantity and safe inventory gained by the Lagrange method, is shaped to account for the service level restriction. Impacts of the backorder rate and the service level on the continuous review policy and the inventory cost are also analyzed.
We consider a finite-horizon, periodic-review inventory model with inflow forecasting updates following the martingale model of forecast evolution (MMFE) in multiresevoirs. This model introduces a new method of determining an operating policy in which the policy is based on the dynamic programming (DP) model with a physical equation and a recursive equation. It adequately considers the internal relationship among multireservoirs in inter-basin water diversion projects (IBWDP) and calculates the expected benefits from future operation. The stochastic nature of the inflow is taken into account by considering the correlation between the streamflows of each pair of consecutive time intervals based on MMFE. According to interdependence, the probability of transition from a given state or stage to its succeeding ones can be calculated. Finally, to assess the effectiveness of the policies, the model is compared with other model and is applied to the Chinese South-North Water Diversion project. Streszczenie. In order to remedy the deficiency in study on regional innovation ability evaluation, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of regional innovative ability. The index system includes the abilities of innovation investment, innovation production, knowledge flow and innovation environment. The paper also makes empirical evaluation and analysis on the regional innovation ability of twenty-seven provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China by adopting layered weighting method.

In this paper, we define various induced intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators, including induced intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator, induced intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid averaging (I-IFHA) operator, induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy OWA operator, and induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid averaging (I-IIFHA) operator. We also establish various properties of these operators. And then, an approach based on I-IFHA operator and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (WA) operator is developed to solve multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems. In such problems, attribute weights and the decision makers' (DMs') weights are real numbers and attribute values provided by the DMs are intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs), and an approach based on I-IIFHA operator and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy WA operator is developed to solve MAGDM problems where the attribute values provided by the DMs are interval-valued IFNs. Furthermore, induced intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric operator and induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric operator are proposed. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the developed approaches.
With respect to multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which both the attribute weights and the decision makers (DMs) weights take the form of real numbers, attribute values provided by the DMs take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a new group decision making method is developed. Some operational laws, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced at first. Then a new aggregation operator called induced generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IG-IFOWA) operator is proposed, which extend the induced generalized ordered weighted averaging (IGOWA) operator introduced by Merigo and Gil-Lafuente [Merigo, J. M., & Gil-Lafuente, A. M. (2009). The induced generalized OWA operator. Information Sciences, 179, 729-741] to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are intuitionistic fuzzy sets that are characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function. Some desirable properties of the IG-IFOWA operator are studied, such as commutativity, idempotency, monotonicity and boundary. And then, an approach based on the IG-IFOWA and IFVVA (intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging) operators is developed to solve MAGDM problems with intuitionistic fuzzy information. User profile that reflects the user's interests forms the basis of providing personalized information services, which plays an important role in the personalized information system. User's daily browsing behaviors can reflect the user's interests to some extent. User interest taxonomy tree is introduced to signify user's interests in this paper. A plug-in embedded into Internet Explorer is developed for capturing user's browsing behaviors. These browsing behaviors including browsing time, and the number of underlines, annotations, highlights, bolds and italics that are marked up in each browsed web document, are recorded and formalized by the behavior table. Thus, user's interests can be mined from these browsing behaviors. To make user profile can accurately reflect user's current interests, an adaptive user profile based on memory model which can be updated with time automatically is presented in this paper. An experiment is designed to verify our proposed approach. Experimental result indicates that user profile based on our approach can reflect user's interests accurately. © 2011 Binary Information Press December, 2011.
GDP and industrial investment funds-added are two major factors of measuring economic development for certain countries or regions. In this paper, we use gross domestic product and industrial investment funds as original data from Qinghai Province (2005-2009), and design an improved GM (1, 1) model which is based on the traditional Gray System to analyze and forecast the overall economic growth of Qinghai Province. The improved GM (1, 1) model not only maintains the advantages of simple calculation method, but also greatly improves the traditional GM (1, 1) model to make prediction more accuracy. The experimental results show that this method using improved GM (1, 1) model is high prediction accuracy in forecasting economic growth of Qinghai province. This method is very practical, and it can provide reliable scientific basis for local government to make right directions behind economic growth and industrial development in that region.
This paper investigates the dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making (DIF-MAGDM) problems, in which all the attribute values provided by multiple decision makers (DMs) at different periods take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs), and develops an interactive method to solve the DIF-MAGDM problems. The developed method first aggregates the individual intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices at different periods into an individual collective intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix for each decision maker by using the dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (DIFWA) operator, and then employs intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method to calculate the individual relative closeness coefficient of each alternative for each decision maker and obtain the individual ranking of alternatives. After doing so, the method utilizes the hybrid weighted averaging (HWA) operator to aggregate all the individual relative closeness coefficients into the collective relative closeness coefficient of each alternative and obtain the aggregate ranking of alternatives, by which the optimal alternative can be selected. In addition, the spearman correlation coefficient for both the aggregate ranking and individual ranking of alternatives is calculated to measure the consensus level of the group preferences. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the developed method.
Recent years have witnessed an increased interest in computing cosine similarity in many application domains. Most previous studies require the specification of a minimum similarity threshold to perform the cosine similarity computation. However, it is usually difficult for users to provide an appropriate threshold in practice. Instead, in this paper, we propose to search top-K strongly correlated pairs of objects as measured by the cosine similarity. Specifically, we first identify the monotone property of an upper bound of the cosine measure and exploit a diagonal traversal strategy for developing a TOP-DATA algorithm. In addition, we observe that a diagonal traversal strategy usually leads to more I/O costs. Therefore, we develop a max-first traversal strategy and propose a TOP-MATA algorithm. A theoretical analysis shows that TOP-MATA has the advantages of saving the computations for false-positive item pairs and can significantly reduce I/O costs. Finally, experimental results demonstrate the computational efficiencies of both TOP-DATA and TOP-MATA algorithms. Also, we show that TOP-MATA is particularly scalable for large-scale data sets with a large number of items.
