<正>物品标签是影响无菌物品质量的一个重要因素,目前,绝大部分医院供应室物品标签都是由人工书写或应用计算机打印纸质标签,内容往往不完整、不规范,其劳动强度大,花费时间多,且手工书写有时不能准确填写灭菌时间,容易出现错误的标签标识。
Objective To study the effect of multienzyme automatic rinser in cleaning the tourniquet. Methods The 600 medium-polluted tourniquets were equally randomized into the control group and the experiment group:The former were disinfected by the conventional method and the latter by multienzyme automatic rinser. Then the cleanliness and positive rate of bacterial culture were compared between the two groups. Results The cleanliness and positive rates in the experiment group and the control group were 99.67% and 0,84.33% and 28.67%,respectively. The experiment group was significantly superior to the control group(all P < 0.01) . Conclusion The multienzyme automatic rinser is effective in cleaning tourniquets and thus worth clinical popularization.
目的探讨从桡动脉测压管采血检测活化凝血时间(ACT)的可行性。方法将60例血管外科手术后留置桡动脉测压管的患者,按手术时间分为第1组和第2组各30例。第1组从桡动脉测压管抽取5 ml肝素盐水稀释的动脉血弃去,更换注射器再抽取2 ml血检测ACT;同时采集外周静脉血2 ml测定ACT。第2组按同法抽取血标本,不同之处为弃去10 ml肝素盐水稀释的动脉血。比较桡动脉测压管采血与静脉采血检测的ACT值。结果第1组动脉血标本所测得的ACT值显著高于静脉血测得的ACT值(P<0.01),第2组动脉血标本所测得的ACT值与静脉血测得的ACT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从桡动脉测压管采集动脉血检测ACT是可行的,但要先弃去10 ml肝素盐水稀释的动脉血。
