Lactose is widely used as a pharmaceutical excipient, yet little is known about how its physicochemical behavior may be influenced by pretreatment history and weak environmental magnetic conditions. In this pilot study, we investigated oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and UV absorbance of 0.2% aqueous lactose solutions prepared from lactose powders with different pretreatment histories: Active water, Native water, and untreated control. Samples were exposed for 30 min to three static magnetic field conditions: weak geomagnetic field (similar to 4 mu T), ambient geomagnetic field (similar to 30 mu T), and elevated static field (similar to 750 mu T). UV/VIS spectroscopy was performed in the 200-400 nm range, with particular focus on the deep-UV absorption maximum near 200 nm. The strongest differentiation between pretreated samples and control occurred under weak geomagnetic conditions. In this weak-field regime, pretreated lactose solutions showed higher ORP values and a same-direction trend toward increased UV absorbance near 200 nm relative to untreated lactose. Across all samples, both ORP and UV absorbance decreased with increasing magnetic field strength, indicating a consistent field-dependent shift in the overall physicochemical state of the lactose solutions, particularly in redox balance and deep-UV optical response. The same-direction changes in ORP and increased 200 nm absorbance at the group level suggests that weak-field conditions may influence oxidation-related processes, potentially including the formation or stabilization of lactose oxidation products such as lactobionic acid. These findings indicate that lactose-containing aqueous systems may be sensitive to both pretreatment history and low-intensity magnetic environments, with potential implications for pharmaceutical formulation stability, quality control, and biotechnological reproducibility.
This study explores the physicochemical changes provoked by the physical transmission of highly diluted (HD) solutions of Arnica montana extract on three receiver solutions differing by their pH. Three dilutions (potencies), one modest (D6), one very high (C30), and another ultra-high (C200) extract of A. montana, were used as a source of HD signal transfer. The HD signal transfer was enhanced by an initial knocking at the start of the experiment and then allowed to interact with the receiver solution for 24 h of exposure. The results confirmed the detectability of the HD signal transfer in solutions with different pH, the general effect of this signal on pH increase, the differential effect of the signal depending on the initial dilution level (potency), and the effect on the decrease in both the electrical voltage in water (ORP) and the conductivity. The overall findings of the study offer valuable new insights and suggest innovative approaches for further research, particularly in detecting the HD signal in solutions with varying pH levels, focusing on interactions with hydroxide and hydronium ions.

A much less studied phenomenon is the transfer of molecular information (i.e., UHD signals of dilute substances) from one liquid to another without an intermediate liquid phase. The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of such a transfer of the UHD signal from the UHD solutions to the receiver solution, in particular, if the molecular source used in the donor solutions was the biologically active antibodies to interferon-gamma molecule. We were especially interested in how the transfer of the UHD signal is affected by the time of exposure of the receiver to the donor, the distance between the two, and how the transfer is affected by activation (striking) versus exposure alone. Signal transfer was evaluated by differential measurements of electrical conductivity, ORP, pH, and UV/VIS spectroscopy of the exposed liquid. The results showed that activation strongly influences signal transfer and that this can be compensated to some extent by prolonged direct exposure. In principle, exposure time has a positive effect on signal transfer. Interestingly, the results of different distances between the donor and receiver showed similar changes in the parameters in the range of 0–4 cm, as estimated in this study. While the study mainly confirms the two hypotheses, it also raises a number of new questions and provides clues for further research.
The presentation explores the transmission of molecular signals in ultra-highly diluted (UHD) solutions of Arnica Montana. The study utilizes various physicochemical methods including electrical conductivity, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), pH measurements, and UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy to investigate the effects of different potencies (D6, C30, and C200) of A. Montana compared to control solutions.
Glyphosate is an herbicide widely used in agriculture but can present chronic toxicity in low concentrations. Artemia salina is a common bio-indicator of ecotoxicity; it was used herein as a model to evaluate the effect of highly diluted-succussed glyphosate (potentized glyphosate) in glyphosate-based herbicide (GBH) exposed living systems. Artemia salina cysts were kept in artificial seawater with 0.02% glyphosate (corresponding to 10% lethal concentration or LC10) under constant oxygenation, luminosity, and controlled temperature, to promote hatching in 48 h. Cysts were treated with 1% (v/v) potentized glyphosate in different dilution levels (Gly 6 cH, 30 cH, 200 cH) prepared the day before according to homeopathic techniques, using GBH from the same batch. Controls were unchallenged cysts, and cysts treated with succussed water or potentized vehicle. After 48 h, the number of born nauplii per 100 µL, nauplii vitality, and morphology were evaluated. The remaining seawater was used for physicochemical analyses using solvatochromic dyes. In a second set of experiments, Gly 6 cH treated cysts were observed under different degrees of salinity (50 to 100% seawater) and GBH concentrations (zero to LC 50); hatching and nauplii activity were recorded and analyzed using the ImageJ 1.52, plug-in Trackmate. The treatments were performed blind, and the codes were revealed after statistical analysis. Gly 6 cH increased nauplii vitality (p = 0.01) and improved the healthy/defective nauplii ratio (p = 0.005) but delayed hatching (p = 0.02). Overall, these results suggest Gly 6cH treatment promotes the emergence of the more GBH-resistant phenotype in the nauplii population. Also, Gly 6cH delays hatching, another useful survival mechanism in the presence of stress. Hatching arrest was most marked in 80% seawater when exposed to glyphosate at LC10. Water samples treated with Gly 6 cH showed specific interactions with solvatochromic dyes, mainly Coumarin 7, such that it appears to be a potential physicochemical marker for Gly 6 cH. In short, Gly 6 cH treatment appears to protect the Artemia salina population exposed to GBH at low concentrations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of such a UHD signal transfer from UHD solutions into the receiver fluid, especially when the molecular source used in solutions was a biologically active molecule of antibodies to interferon-gamma. We used physicochemical measurements and UV spectroscopy for this purpose. The results of this large pilot study confirm the possibility of such a transfer and a rough similarity to the original UHD signal donors, the weaker signal detection relative to the original donor fluids, and that exposure time improves the effect.

The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of such a transfer of the UHD signal from the UHD solutions to the receiver solution, in particular, if the molecular source used in the donor solutions was the biologically active interferon gamma antigen molecule. We were especially interested in how the transfer of the UHD signal is affected by the time of exposure of the receiver to the donor, and how the transfer is affected by activation (shaking) versus exposure alone. For measurement of the physicochemical parameters, we used pH, electrical conductivity, and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) sensors. For relative UV/VIS spectroscopy measurements, we used a Macherey-Nagel spectrophotometer. All original liquids (water and solutions, four different liquids altogether) subject to research were obtained from Materia Medica LTD, Moscow. Distilled water (W) was used for dilutions and potencies as follows: potentized water (W cH9), potentized dilution of antibodies to interferon-gamma (Abs IFNγ cH9), the same original substance in the form of a mixture of potencies (Abs IFNγ cH12, cH30, cH50, shortly Abs IFNγ mix). We used two different receiver solutions, one for physicochemical research and another (addition of alcohol) for UV/VIS spectroscopy. The transfer of UHD signal via glass was processed via shaking of the donor flask. For direct or post-hoc analysis, we used Wilcoxon signed-rank test, two tailed. The results showed that activation strongly influences signal transfer and that this can be compensated to some extent by prolonged direct exposure. In principle, exposure time has a positive effect on signal transfer. Although the detection of the physically transmitted signal is generally weaker than the signal in the original UHD solutions, it is still detectable with our measurement system and protocol, both in terms of effect (Cohen's D) and statistically significant differences. In this respect, different detection methods may detect the signal differently. After the separation between the donor and receiver glasses (solutions), the character of the signal may change and may even be better expressed. Activation is shown to be an important factor for the UHD signal transfer, at least for shorter times. By longer exposure times, it appears that activation can be compensated, at least to some extent.
Introduction Homeopathy, at least in its UHD aspect, proves that the biological function of molecules (their “messageâ€) can be transmitted from some original material substance through pure water to living systems (1). Even if in general this transmission is based on serial dilutions of mother tinctures, experiments demonstrate it can be realized also via modified environmental EM fields, i.e. through the air as is known from the experiments performed by Montagnier (2), Endler and our group (3). It is also known as electronic homeopathy and is capable of a very similar achievement to UHD homeopathy without any chemical continuity between mother tincture and the final informed water. Quantum field theory developed by Preparata and Del Giudice brings theoretical ground to understanding and explaining this, for contemporary physicists, seemingly impossible phenomenon (4). Namely, it is not only that molecular information can be transmitted and stored in pure (UHD) water, but also that it can provoke changes in organisms. Theoretical model According to quantum electrodynamics, the interactions between an original substance, water and an organism are enabled by coherent domains (CDs). Many experiments corroborate the capacity of CDs to get entangled (phase locking) with the complex field of mother tincture’s substance(s) and consequently to encode the message of the tincture. However this is not the end of the process; this code must later be decoded from the side of the organism (and it seems that it can be even decoded by chemical systems, according to Elia (5)) and make an appropriate reaction. We assume that in case of organisms the endogenous coherent EM field first proposed by FrÃhlich is responsible for the decoding; however a homeostatic energy barrier must be broken. Many experiments confirm that even physiological states, not only chemical messages ((6, 7) can be transmitted through the same channel. The language of CDs and other EM coherent modes is not violent – the message of a molecule is presented in a way that provokes a reaction but cannot force the organism into a pathological or dead state. Therefore we can speak of a subtle (bio)chemistry and pharmacology, based on coherent modes and using a universal common language understandable to molecules and organisms. Conclusion ï€ Chemicals, water coherent domains, endogenous coherent oscillations of organisms and physiological responses must share a common denominator; ï€ quantum field oscillations and their wave structures could represent the denominator and therefore the active molecular information; ï€ potentization somewhat sharpens these wave structures, gives them more penetrative power, which makes higher potencies (dilutions) generally more effective – as they must break the homeostatic barrier of organismic endogenous EM field. ï€ understanding the language implied in the first point as well as deeper mechanisms of sharpening the molecular information will enable us to enter a new era of subtle (bio)chemistry and pharmacology, surpassing not only contemporary pharmaceutical practice, but also the homeopathic one. UHD phenomena demand a modification of the presently established scientific methodology. This modified methodology concerns a special care that should be taken into account while planning and performing the experiments and also the way the results (be they positive or negative) are interpreted. The proposal of a new methodology is based on theoretical knowledge stemming from experiments in bioelectromagnetics, from a special ordered state of water that is behind the UHD phenomena and the discoveries of water sensitivity to various fields and impressions, since the outcome of UHD experiments can be conditioned even by weather, Moon cycles and solar activity.
Besides chemical characteristics, material systems also possess physical characteristics, from generally known up to quantum fields. Such fields denoted as subtle fields may be important in coordinating living processes and may also be imprinted into materials built by organisms, like an exoskeleton. In the present research, we tackled the exploration of the possible remnants of the subtle field of biological origin in coral calcium (CC) using the method of droplet evaporation images analysis. To go deeper into the effects of CC, we decided to examine not only pure CC but also the basic mineral with some additions that should change the influencing subtle field. The results demonstrated that CC could indeed influence the droplet remnant pattern formation even at a distance, i.e., in a field-like manner. Different varieties of CC proved also to have different field impacts on droplet remnant formation; but in general, they all distinctly differ from calcium sand that functions as the control substance.
Abstract Background: Even though water is regarded as something long understood and explained by conventional science – many open-minded researchers know that it still hides many mysteries (water clusters, coherent domains, so-called memory, etc.). Many of these mysteries come to fore in ultra-high dilution (UHD) experiments and practices, where usually not even one molecule of the originating substances is left. Mostly, they can be tackled only by using the droplet evaporation method (DEM).1 Aim: One of the hypotheses of water memory suggests that through UHD (dilutions, shaking) the field of a substance is stably impressed into water. If this is true than we should be able to imprint also a field itself - not originating from a certain substance, but from other sources. Such imprint should be revealed by an appropriate research method. Method: The DEM consists of monitoring dried water drops by dark field microscopy. It was discovered in the previous century by Ruth Kübler, a German artist, and further developed by Bernd-Helmut KrÃplin, Minnie Hein, Berthold Heusel M. A. and Georg SchrÃcker. It has also been used to research the still controversial special characteristics of ultra-high diluted aqueous solutions.2 It has been proved capable of demonstrating differences in subtle influences of an UHD (around 10-47 M, practically “pure†water) of As2O3 on common wheat seeds. This method is therefore, capable of transferring certain, not yet fully understood or generally accepted subtle physical characteristicsof the solution to the remnant patterns after drop evaporation.3, 4 We used DEM to evaluate experiments on impressing the subtle field of five bioenergy healers and two so called “informed†objects (a glass and an “energy†card) into mineral or spring water with well-known characteristics. In all these experiments we also used control water that was of the same origin, but placed in a separate room. The DEM images were analyzed by special computer programs and statistically evaluated. No mother tincture of any kind was used. Results: The results demonstrate that even such subtle fields can leave stable and reproducible imprints in water - made visually accessible by the remnant patterns after drop evaporation. The irradiated water samples were statistically different from the control. This difference can usually be observed even by a naked eye. Conclusion These results have several implications. They confirm as follows: a) water memory – the main background of UHD effects, b) the possibility to imprint the fields into water, c) the existence of subtle fields not yet generally recognized by physical community and d) the capability of DEM to express the imprints.
Background In spite of strong opposition from the orthodox scientific circles, the UHD effects are gradually becoming a part of the accepted science, because of the quickly growing corpus of UHD effects evidence. While this process should continue, the next great step would be to disentangle UHD working mechanisms with the perspective to give us understanding and explanation of its rational, causal-consequential and objective background. Aims Based on the already known and confirmed UHD phenomena as well as some more developed proposed theories that try to explain them, the aim of the presentation is to explore, which of the theories could be the most appropriate for the development of the UHD science. It should lead to the one that would be acceptable by a majority of the concerned scientific community (physicists, physical-chemists, biologists, medical doctors, etc.). Methodology We contrast the established facts of UHD science with the most developed theories to find out, which theory could cover the phenomena in the most comprehensive way. The applied theories are as follows: the basic and the extended theory of coherent domains (Preparata – Giudice – Yinnon), hydrogen bonded clusters theory (Chaplin), nanomaterial theories (Rajendran, Chikramane), the theory of chains of water nano-pearls (Meessen). Results and discussion The results show that the advanced theory of coherent domains (Yinnon) together with the theory of chains of water nano-pearls (Meessen) are the most promising. They connect the basic UHD background mechanisms to the electromagnetic and electric fields and are supported with advanced and recent physicochemical research. Nevertheless, the theories are still in the stage of principal explanation and are mostly not yet capable of giving exact predictions. Therefore, the theory that would predict phenomena and would initiate a virtuous circle of scientific validation of UHD effects is still needed. Conclusion The most developed contemporary theories cover a plethora of UHD phenomena. However, they may still have some deficiencies regarding the explanation of the whole richness of the UHD phenomena.
UHD effects on humans are seen as placebo and the science involved as a pseudoscience, quackery. In contrast to this conviction, there abound serious researches involving plants, tissue cultures, biochemical and animal models giving strong evidence to the controversial phenomenon. There are also physicochemical investigations. We tried to investigate the possibility of molecular information transfer into a colloidal system by CYBRES EIS-MU impedance spectrometer. The results of the first pilot tests show some sensitivity of the impedance spectrometry measuring device to imprinting, but more systematic experiments should be done to evaluate its statistical significance, involving also homeopathic remedies.
We followed a hypothesis that biologically relevant information from various substances can be non-chemically transferred to organisms through a combination of a high voltage electric field that can stably imprint information into water or a water solution. A special device was constructed, and a thoroughly tested biological sensor system (i.e. cress seedlings exposed to a defined heat stress), was used. The results demonstrate a clear evidence of biological effects of electrically imprinted information of biologically active substances into water solution, however not necessarily with an obvious connection to the effects of the original (donor) substance. The growth reaction of cress seedlings was either stimulatory or inhibitory, depending on the time of the application. This paper addresses the question whether electromagnetic frequencies associated with pure water are similar to those of biological systems. A literature survey was performed on intrinsic frequencies of water molecules measured across the electromagnetic spectrum using various spectroscopic technologies. The registered frequencies were plotted on an algorithmic generalized music (GM) scale, described by a quantum entangled wave function, and compared with earlier detected electromagnetic frequency patterns revealed in various biological systems. The meta-analysis shows that semi-harmonic frequency patterns found in purified water are very similar to those found in biological systems. A metaanalysis of about 700 measured frequencies of pure water shows that 192 subsequent first and second derivatives of spectral frequency curves of water molecules can be precisely positioned at the proposed lines of the calculated pattern of coherent eigenfrequencies with an error of 0.45% and statistical significance of p < 0.02. A new order parameter characteristic for water molecule assembly has been revealed, which implies quantum coherency and entanglement. This is in line with the already evidenced and published universal order that we called the GM-scale. Following these findings, we may assume that water molecule assembly shows electromagnetic and electronic collective states that contain “quantum imprints or molds” for living cells. A potential explanation for this feature is that water molecules are ordered in a partially distorted tetrahedral geometry, which yields a specific network structure. Since water molecules have a comparable distribution of coherent electromagnetic field (EMF) bands to that of fluid assemblies in living cells, a resonant wave interaction is expected between the cytoplasm and surrounding water molecules. Evidence of a new quantum wave equation of coherence for water molecules has been found, that is defined as a physical principle: En= ħ ωref 2n+p 3m.
In this chapter, we postulate an integral concept of information processing in the universe, on the basis of a new biophysical principle, coined the generalized music (GM)-scale of EMF frequencies. Meta-analyses of current biomedical literature revealed the presence of a distinct pattern of discrete EMF frequency bands in a wide range of animate and non-animate systems. The underlying algorithm of harmonic solitonic waves provided a novel conceptual interface between living and non-living systems being of relevance for the areas of brain research as well as biological evolution. We hold that nature is guided by resonating quantum entities related to quantum vacuum fluctuations of an imminent zero-point energy (ZPE) field, also regarded as a superfluid quantum space (SQS). Since the whole human organism, including the brain is embedded in this dynamic energy field, a pilot wave guided supervenience of brain function is conceived. Conversely, the brain may write discrete informational states into the ZPE field as individual memory traces. Both information fluxes may be related to a holofractal memory workspace, associated with, but not reducible to the brain, that operates as a scale-invariant mental attribute of reality. Our concept, therefore, addresses the earlier postulated "hard problem" in consciousness studies. The proposed field-receptive workspace, integrates past and (anticipated) future events and may explain overall ultra-rapid brain responses as well as the origin of qualia. Information processing in the brain is shown to be largely facilitated by propagation of hydronium (proton/water) ions in aqueous compartments. The hydronium ions move freely within a hexagonally organized H2O lattice, providing a superconductive integral brain antenna for receiving solitonic wave information according to the Schrödinger wave equation. The latter quantum process enables an ultra-rapid soliton/biophoton flux that may orchestrate overall brain binding and the creation of coherent conscious states. In a cosmological context, we envision a scale-invariant information processing, operating through a toroidal/wormhole operator at the interface of our 4D world and acoustic phase space. We submit that the resulting meta-language is instrumental in a partially guided evolution and the creation of first life. The central message provided here describes intrinsic cosmic connectivity that is mirrored in the human brain. This implies that sentience exists on infinite scales, on the basis of an electromagnetic signature of the universe which reveals a musical master code.

The latter processes enable ultra-rapid soliton/biophoton fluxes that may orchestrate overall brain binding and the creation of coherent conscious states. In a cosmological context, we envision a scale invariant information processing, operating through a toroidal/wormhole mediated information flux. Our concept touches upon the earlier postulated hard problem in consciousness studies. This implies an intrinsic cosmic connectivity that is mirrored in the human brain. The assumed hydrodynamic superfluid background field is proposed to guide the ongoing fabric of reality through a quantum metalanguage that is instrumental in the manifestation of universal consciousness, of which human consciousness is an integral part. The present concept is compared with currently available theories in consciousness studies and finally put into perspective of an integral model for the fabric of reality.
Part 1 of this review article submits an integral concept of information processing in the universe on the basis of a generalized musical (GM)-scale of discrete EMF frequencies. Meta-analyses of current biophysical literature revealed the effects of similar EMF frequency patterns in a wide range of animate and non-animate systems. This provided a novel conceptual bridge between living and non-living systems, being of relevance for the areas of biophysics, brain research, as well as for mechanisms of biological evolution. As to the latter aspect, the potential role of coherently structured water is treated in relation to the generation of a primordial biofield, that is seen as instrumental in a partially guided creation of first life. We hold, in general, that nature is guided by a discrete pattern of harmonic, solitonic, waves, likely originating from quantum vacuum fluctuations derived from an immanent zero-point energy (ZPE)/superfluid quantum space. We propose, therefore, that the pro-life EM frequency bands, identified in our earlier studies may literally act in concert as “tonal octave-based symphony” to provide living systems, including the brain, with information embedded in such harmonic-like resonance patterns. Such “tonal” projections, in a global manner, may organize synchronicity, both spatially and temporally in essential organs in the body (heart and brain). In a cosmological context, we envision a scale invariant information processing, operating through a toroidal/wormhole mediated information flux. This implies an intrinsic cosmic connectivity that is mirrored in the human brain.
Part 2 of this review article provides a novel conceptual bridge between living and non-living systems, being of relevance for the areas of biophysics, brain research, as well as for mechanisms of biological evolution. We hold, in general, that nature is guided by a discrete pattern of harmonic solitonic waves, likely originating from quantum vacuum fluctuations derived from an immanent zero-point energy (ZPE)/superfluid quantum space. Since the whole human organism, including brain is embedded in this dynamic energy field, a comprehensive model for human (self)-consciousness could be conceived. Evidence is presented for a pilot wave guided supervenience of brain function that may arise from a holofractal memory workspace, associated with, but not reducible to the brain, that operates as a scale-invariant mental attribute of reality. This field-receptive, workspace integrates past and (anticipated) future events and may explain overall ultra-rapid brain responses, as well as the origin of qualia as proposed in the so called hard problem of consciousness studies.
