Poor quality is one of the prime problems in the electrical system. In recent times, high power demand and good quality of power are major concerns in an electrical system. In this paper, a conventional multilevel inverter topology is proposed and to design the LC filter and LCL filter that attenuate the ripple in the output waveform of the proposed MLI topology. The proposed topology used symmetrical configuration, i.e., the dc-link voltage is the same for each H-bridge cell. The performance of MLI is calculated by THD parameter, and the results of the proposed topology with LC, LCL circuit, and normal circuit are compared along with PD, POD and APOD-PWM techniques, followed by over and under modulation index.
Interpolation in Spatio-temporal data has applications in various domains such as climate, transportation, and mining. Spatio-Temporal interpolation is highly challenging due to the complex spatial and temporal relationships. However, traditional techniques such as Kriging suffer from high running time and poor performance on data that exhibit high variance across space and time dimensions. To this end, we propose a novel deep neural network called as Deep Geospatial Interpolation Network(DGIN), which incorporates both spatial and temporal relationships and has significantly lower training time. DGIN consists of three major components: Spatial Encoder to capture the spatial dependencies, Sequential module to incorporate the temporal dynamics, and an Attention block to learn the importance of the temporal neighborhood around the gap. We evaluate DGIN on the MODIS reflectance dataset from two different regions. Our experimental results indicate that DGIN has two advantages: (a) it outperforms alternative approaches (has lower MSE with p-value < 0.01) and, (b) it has significantly low execution time than Kriging.
Smart devices are often deployed in some edge-devices, which require quality solutions in limited amount of memory usage. In most of the user-interaction based smart devices, coreference resolution is often required. Keep-ing this in view, we have developed a fast and lightweight coreference resolution model which meets the minimum memory requirement and converges faster. In order to generate the embeddings for solving the task of coreference resolution, DistilBERT, a light weight BERT module is utilized. DistilBERT con-sumes less memory (only 60% of memory in comparison to BERT-based heavy model) and it is suitable for deployment in edge devices. DistilBERT embedding helps in 60% faster convergence with an accuracy compromise of 2.59%, and 6.49% with respect to its base model and current state-of-the-art, respec-tively.
